                            KIA'S POV.

   I was in a dreamless sleep when I heard some snores but I ignored it and snuggled closer to a pillow like thing. It's warm, comfy but have a very stone like structure. Wait, stone like structure. I slowly opened my eyes only to be shocked by what I've saw. I was snuggling into Devin's chest which is comfy and warm. Ahh it's too good to be true. Wait Devin's chest, ughhh bullshit why am I snuggling into him while I just met him yesterday. I shove him away from me which didn't work because he is a stone that won't budge even if you pushed it so hard. I pushed and tried to get out of his metal grip but it didn't work. He's more like a chain than a person by now.

I heard some muffled laughter in my background so I turned only to see Rowan seating by the window and watching me from what I'm doing. I glared at him and tried to make him help me but he only answers me with more laughter. I glared at him one more time before trying again only to be held more tighter than before. Arghh.. I tried to ask for help and search for the only person who can be woken up in such a noise only to see that she was gone. Something is wrong in here.

"Rowan where's Lyn?" I asked Rowan making him change his expression.

"she said she's going to cook breakfast." Rowan answered with a shrugged. Ahh she's gonna be cooking breakfast. Good. Wait did he just said she's cooking breakfast? Oh My God. Not that. It's not GOOD it's very BAD.

"WHAT!!" I shouted making all of them to be woken up. All are groaning at how noisy I am in this early of the morning.

"what the hell Kiara." Shaun exclaimed.

"Kia it's too early in the morning and we have a deal that we will skip first and second period." Maureen said yawning.

"AISLYN IS COOKING BREAKFAST FOR US." I said but the truth I shouted it to them making Selene and Nathan to dashed out of the door and went to the kitchen. Me? I'm on their heels and when we got to the kitchen let's just say there's a typhoon that got inside of the kitchen. It was a total mess. Eggs are on the floor all broken. Lyn was covered with flour from the top to the toes and she have tears on her eyes.

"I cannot even cook an egg." she said still crying.

"don't worry Lyn we will teach you and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!" I said making her mood get a little up.

"go to Kia's bathroom Lyn we will fix this mess and you need to take cooking lessons from me." Selene said with a disgusted look because she step on one of the eggs. Making us all laugh at her. She gave us a look that tells us to shut up that all we do. She nodded at me to go with Lyn, I just nodded for approval and guided Lyn up to my room to take a shower seeing that she have some clothes in here because we were having sleepovers over the summer or when our parents have some business trip.

I let Aislyn used my shower and me being the laziest person I am went to my bed and layed there until I remember about the book that I saw in the library. I went to my study table and get the book from my bag. I opened it to the next page cause I finished reading about vampires. The next was a soul shifter. It is said the soul shifters can see your soul using their natural abilities. They always protect children and babies because of their belief that children have innocent souls. They also shift in any kind of animal that they wanted. Every soul shifters have unique gift. Just like healing, levitating, seeing the future and many more.

I've flipped to the 3rd page to see an Elemental. Elementals have the power to control an element. It is based on what element they inherited from their parents or ancestors. By far they are the strongest in the supernatural world. The fourth page is consist of information about a witch or warlock. They have the power to levitate and do spells. They also have the power to be immortal and they can see thru a person. They mostly used spells to lock those who are evil among them.
