"Love is the calmest feeling ever.
It doesn't makes you restless, instead it gives you peace. As they say, 'aankho ki thandak ban jata hai vo insan'. (that person becomes the coolness of your eyes)
The person who truly loves you doesn't give you cl...
"What do you wanna have?" He asked me as I went through the menu board in the food court.
"Shahi paneer?" I raised an eyebrow.
"I'm fine with anything," he shrugged.
"And ice cream for dessert." I grabbed his arm, turning towards him and smiled.
"What about you in dessert?" He winked at me and I narrowed my eyes, pushing his chest playfully. He gazed back at the menu, continuing our discussion, "Let's order the main dishes first. Just one?"
"Or wait! Add Dal Makhni too." I raised my index finger.
"And Butter Naan?"
I nodded.
"Drinks?"
"Umm. Just water."
"Water?" His eyebrow scrunched up.
"Yeah. Not in a mood." I shrugged.
"Okay. You go and sit over there, I'm coming." He pointed towards the sitting area and gave me his bag.
Sliding one strap of the backpack on my shoulder, I went over the sitting area, choosing a suitable table. After settling down, I checked my social media, replied to a few messages and finally opened his chat. I had sent the pics clicked from his phone to our chat on Telegram.
Weird butterflies were roaming around in my stomach, watching us in one frame.
It felt weird. More like unreal. It's been 3 months since we've been dating but still, I sometimes can't digest it all.
That yes. We are together.
He almost bought that baby pink dress for me. He loved it quite a lot.
But I denied. Because:
Point A, where will I wear that dress? I normally don't wear these revealing clothes. (He suggested to wear it at our next meeting in private. Janab is always ready with solutions.)
Point B, where will I keep it safe at home, away from family's eyes. Ofcourse they would be like 'when did you buy it? Why did you buy it? Where will you wear it? It's too revealing', etc, etc. (Alright I have my own almirah but still, clothes need to be washed and dried.)
I saw him coming back with our orders, breaking my train of thoughts. My mouth started watering at the sight of buttery naan and we dug into the food.
