ABOUT: Singer/songwriter, Daisy Evans is best known for her EP this is what it feels like and her album short n' sweet. She is also known as the 'internet's sweetheart' due to her light hearted posts and constant interactions with fans.
BEFORE FAME: Daisy Evans grew up in a little town in Alaska with her parents Lori and Harrison Evans. Lori Evans is a florist, which is why Daisy's name is Daisy! Harrison Evans is a farmer. Evans mentioned in an interview that she wasn't rich growing up, she was in fact the opposite. She stated she used her first ever pay check from her songs to buy her mom a new car. Evans released her first EP in 2020 titled 'this is what it feels like' and her first album titled 'short n' sweet' in 2024. Evans grew to fame when her high school posted a video of her singing at their annual talent show. From then, the internet demanded this girl got a record label and lo and behold, she did.
FAMILY LIFE: Evans has stated she is very close with her parents, but especially her grandparents; Florence and George Evans, and Josephine and Brian Ward. Both grandparents have been spotted at Evans' concerts, award ceremonies and on dates in restaurants with Evans. Evans' older brother Wyatt Evans is a basketball player, who just like his sister rose to fame in 2017, although the two supposedly don't keep in contact.
ASSOCIATED WITH: Ever since high school Evans has been friends with Rayleigh Barker, Freddy Weston and Stella Graham. She has also stated her co-star Jayden Montgomery is one of her best friends along side many others. Evans met best friend Daria Pollock at an event, and ever since then the two hit it off. Evans said in an interview with People Magazine that her friends are her favourite people in the world, and she can't see herself living without them. Evans took to Instagram and publicised her relationship with singer Shawn Mendes in 2019, but the pair announced their breakup via Instagram in May 2021. Since then, Daisy has been spotted with fellow actor Rudy Pankow in early 2024 but nothing was ever made official. Evans works with Jack Antonoff on most of her singles, but majority of them have been written by herself.
