I've been watching you every day for the past 12 years, i have a mountain of evidence that I've compiled and phone calls I've recorded, the houses I've bugged without your knowledge.
EMILY HAYES:
That's trespassing, and you're lying, I'll sue you.
OLIVER TROUGHTON:
That maybe, but it's an eye for an eye in this county. You stole a toddler and tried to raise her as your own like you did the others. I know that after you took her, you stayed in Hereford until it got sour and then went to Doncaster in 2010, which you stayed there until 2013 and have stayed Carshalton till now.
BENJAMIN HAYES:
And how do you know that, and in any case, Carshalton is very unknown, one in a thousand chance.
OLIVER TROUGHTON:
I had an agent. A fun fact is that Carshalton is basically the next-door neighbour to my hometown of Wimbledon. And don't you dare try and hide the fact i have you on photo walking on Wimbledon Common. I lived on the doorstep for years.
EMILY HAYES:
I fail to see proof, but you can't just barge in here accusing us of kidnapping without any real evidence. That is our child.
OLIVER TROUGHTON:
Oh, I have plenty of evidence. Like this birth certificate, I found with Krista's real name on it and parents, or these newspaper clippings documenting her disappearance and subsequent appearances over the years, believe me, I'm swimming in it.
BENJAMIN HAYES:
You can't prove anything. You have no weapons, no defences, no plan.
OLIVER TROUGHTON:
Yeah. AND DOESN'T THAT SCARE YOU BOTH TO DEATH!.
JEFF MATTHEWS:
He has strength in numbers, unlike you.
OLIVER TROUGHTON:
I'll put it this way for you simple-minded Hayes people. I don't need to show you my hand, my arsenal, if you will, well, at least not to your faces anyway. The authorities will be very interested in toying around and inspecting what I have to show them it's compelling it's real, and it'll send you down for a long time. It's time for you two to face the consequences of your actions.
EMILY HAYES:
I've seen more attractive slappers than your daughters. It's a pity they had a dad like you.
OLIVER TROUGHTON:
Well, even if they feel ashamed of me on their worst days, at least they'll know that they weren't trafficked and taken away for a time at a paedophiles playhouse where the kids are chained up like it's the 1840s slave trade.
