Rimuru's POV:
A few days after the establishment of Tempest, Gazel boy returned with a few others with him.
He came with Dwargon's best blacksmiths, artisans, architects, teachers etc. Although it's in accordance with our treaty to exchange technology, he seems really intent on impressing me by sending the best of the best, so I just went with it.
There's no way I would refuse. I actually needed them for the progress of Tempest, somewhat.
I want to introduce schools into Tempest and other institutions. With the help from the dwarves, teaching the monsters would be much faster and efficient.
I put five of the most talented dwarves in charge of the others with them, as I introduced them to everyone else in town.
They seemed scared of me at first, but there's nothing my cute smile can't fix. They finally calmed down and were able to work perfectly with the Kijins and Hobgoblins. Their names are;
Myrd, the younger brother of Garm and Dord, highly skilled in construction and well-versed in the arts. He was appointed as the manager of the construction team.
Dord, the middle brother between Garm and Myrd, is renowned in Dwargon for his exceptional craftsmanship. Dord focused on overseeing dyes and crafting high-class attire.
Garm is a highly skilled blacksmith and brother to Dord and Myrd. Garm took on the role of overseeing the production of everyday clothing and undergarments.
Vesta is a former minister of Dwargon and currently the head researcher alongside Gabiru.
Kaijin is a skilled blacksmith. He is a talented man with many skills up his belt. He is collaborating closely with Vesta as a fellow researcher alongside doing his job as a blacksmith.
With them helping in the development of the town, I could lay back and focus on other things.

"Gabiru, can I leave Vesta to you?" I asked.
Vesta will be staying in the sealed cave during his research. But due to the dangerous monsters present, I couldn't leave him all alone.
"Please do! I am here, and I will also assign two of my subordinates!"
How reliable he has gotten. I still worry about him getting a big head, but I guess he was strong to begin with. But he seems to have calmed down recently, and gets along with Vesta pretty well, so I should just leave it to him.
And so, we had built Vesta’s research lab in the cave.
Gabiru had two of his subordinates guard the room in the cave, and the result was actually rather pleasant.
If this is to become his lab, we probably don’t need to include any life necessities
But, we do need to figure out how he will be making the trip to the cave all the time.
"Rimuru-sama, I can set up a magic circle here. It would be difficult to create inside these doors, but it is possible outside. Should I set it up?" Vesta asked.
I decided to permit it since there was no harm in it.
Vesta then drew a circle inside his house and another inside the cave. And thus, he solved the transportation problem.
And, after Gabiru and the rest also learned it, we were able to move easily between the city and the cave.
And so, after spending some time in Tempest, the dwarves naturally became one of our comrades.
