"You also called me El" I said bringing it up half way through our conversation as we were eating our brunch

"Something wrong with that" she said whilst our eye contact remained strong

"No, just not many people call me it, Le" I said changing her name as well

'Sorry, already used by loads of people, not that special" she said smirking slightly, referring to how I have just called her Le

"Who said I wanted you to have a special nickname" I said raising an eyebrow. The contact between our eyes felt electric, it was this exciting tension almost,

"I don't know El, maybe your eyes" she said also raising an eyebrow,

Fuck, well that was bold

"Well we will have to wait and see to see if you get one" I said shrugging

We were now walking back through the small park to go and watch the end of the girls training session

"Oh Leah look" I said pointing towards some flowers, we walked over to them "look,narcissen"

"The daffodils" she questioned

"Yes, my favourite" my heart felt so warm and at home "they are my mum and I's favourite'

"Here" she said taking one from the centre of the bunch and handing it to me "for you"

"Softy" I said with a thanking smile on my face

"I am not" she said frowning

We arrived back at the training centre and due to let's say, Leah's slow walking all the girls were leaving the changing room after their shower, Beth, Viv and Lia hadn't come through yet though

Lia came out first, followed closely behind by Beth and Viv

"Leah, did you get her a flower already" Beth teased and nudged her slightly making her blush

"No, well kinda, we saw them as we walked through the park"

"There her favourite you know" Viv added

"So much for watching the end of the training session" Lia pointed out

"Yeah well, we were on time, but Leah walked slow"

"Excuse me" she said raising both eye brows with a shocked smile on her face 'I walked slow!"

"Fine, I walked slow, well no I made Leah walk around the park to see the flowers"

"Of course you did, mum and yours favourite thing" Viv said

"Have you got plans for the afternoon" Beth asked Lia and Leah as we all got to the cars in what was now a pretty empty car park

"No other than dropping Leah back at hers" Lia responded

"Can I come" I asked our of no where, JESUS CHRIST WHAT THE HELL WAS I THINKING

"uh yeah sure" Leah said sounding a bit taken aback by my bold statement "I can then drop her back at yours later" she said to Beth and Viv

"Yeah of course"

It was all a bit awkward now, I don't really understand why i announced it out loud like that but oh well it's happened now

"Right see you" I said and started to quickly walk away embarrassed

"Leah what have you done with my sister" Viv asked, laughing at the embarrassed state I was in

"I have no clue"
