1 year later....

A year had passed since Ryota chose to remain behind at the Takeda estate, and the world seemed to shift in his absence. The city of Shinjuku was no longer the same, its pulse quickened by the constant hum of change, the air thick with the anticipation of something yet to come.

Amid the bustling streets, a mysterious figure moved quietly through the crowd, his steps deliberate and steady. Cloaked in the white sorcery uniform, his hood drawn over his face, he seemed to glide past people, drawing curious glances and whispers. The uniform's high collar hid his features, and an aura of calm strength emanated from him, making it impossible for anyone to look away.

As he walked, a small child broke from his mother's hand and ran toward him, eyes wide with wonder. "Who are you, mister?" the boy asked, staring up at the figure with innocent curiosity.

The man crouched down, placing a hand gently on the child's shoulder. "You will know soon," he said in a voice deep and soothing, like a promise wrapped in mystery. Before the child could respond, the figure stood and vanished, his form dissolving into the air like mist, leaving the boy bewildered and glancing around in confusion.

Meanwhile, across the city, the ground quaked violently beneath the weight of a colossal Mytho beast that towered above the buildings. Its monstrous roar echoed through the streets as it lumbered forward, leaving destruction in its wake. Sorcerers on the ground were rushing to evacuate civilians, their eyes darting nervously to the sky, searching for a sign—any sign—that help was on its way.

"There they are!!" one of the sorcerers shouted, pointing upward. All eyes turned to the sky, where four figures streaked across the horizon, riding sleek hoverboards that cut through the air like blades. It was Ren and his friends, swooping down with a speed and grace that made the crowd gasp.

Ren's appearance had changed dramatically over the past year. He had grown taller, his once boyish features sharpened by the trials he had endured. His long, spiky hair fluttered wildly in the wind, along with the straps of his orange headband that trailed behind him like the banners of a battle-hardened warrior.

Miyu and Yumi flew close beside him, their own appearances transformed. Miyu's hair now cascaded down her back in elegant waves, while Yumi's had grown longer, framing her face with an intensity that spoke of newfound strength. Both had grown taller, their once youthful frames now exuding a sense of maturity and power.

But it was Aiko who had changed the most. His hair, now pulled back in a tight ponytail, flowed behind him like a comet's tail. His muscular build hinted at countless hours of training, his toned arms flexing as he gripped the hoverboard's edges, ready for battle.

Ren's eyes burned with determination as he looked down at the beast thrashing below. "Alright, team," he called out, his voice steady and commanding. "It's time we take this thing down!"

Aiko's fists tightened, a fierce grin spreading across his face. "Let's kick its ass!" he declared, the thrill of the fight surging through him.

Yumi shot him a sidelong glance, shaking her head with a smirk. "Here we go again," she said. "You're always looking for trouble."

Miyu chuckled softly, her voice laced with quiet resolve. "Stay focused, everyone," she said, her eyes glinting as she prepared to strike. "No holding back."

Aiko grinned wider. "You don't have to tell me twice."

"Alright, let's—" Miyu began.

"GO!" Ren roared, finishing her sentence as he dove off his hoverboard with a burst of energy. The others followed suit, leaping into the air in perfect unison.
