Third Person P.O.V

"Poor, unfortunate prince," Urchin coos with mock sympathy, his grip around Caspian's wrist tight as he drags him further below. "Well, if it helps, it's not you or even your girl I'm after. No, I've got bigger fish to--"

"Urchin, stop!" a powerful voice commands.

Urchin comes to a stop with wide eyes, Triton in front of him with his trident glowing furiously and aimed at him. Sebastian huffs with a nod, standing besides Triton.

"Why, King Triton himself!" Urchin chuckles, flicking his trident away with a musing smile. "How're you doing buddy, hmm?"

Triton scowls in anger, aiming his trident at Urchin. "Let him go."

"Ooh." He feigns sadness, clicking his tongue with a shake of his head. "Now, I would. I really would. But technically, he belongs to me now."

Urchin snaps, the signed scroll appearing besides him as he uses a tentacle to hold it up for Triton.

"See? We made a deal."

Caspian watches his father with sadness, shaking his head as he struggles against Flotsam and Jetsam. "Dad, I-- I'm sorry, I had to! I had to get her back!"

Triton glances at his son before firing at the scroll with his trident, sending Urchin flying back with the scroll still intact.

Urchin chuckles darkly, lowering the scroll with a toothy smirk. "Oh, now that won't do! The contract is legal, Triton. Not even you can break the binding words."

Triton's scowl falls into disbelief, his eyes shifting to his trident.

"... Of course..." Urchin rolls up the scroll, shrugging with a chuckle. "I am a reasonable man. I'm always up for a little bargain. I mean... the son of the great sea king is a very rare object."

He snaps, the spell surrounding Caspian and shrinking him down into a deformed creature.

"But!" He snaps once more, the shifting stopping as he wraps an arm around Triton's shoulder. "I might be generous enough to make an exchange for something even better."

Triton stares down at his son with wide eyes, swallowing thickly.

"(Y/N), what are you doing?!"

Grimsby shouts frantically, (Y/N) rowing away on one of the lifeboats as (D/N) barks with whines frantically besides Grimsby.

"Grim-- I already lost him once!" she yells back, shaking her head with determination. "I'm not losing him again!"

"Now, do we have a deal?" Urchin questions lightly, yawning as he lounges in the water while holding the scroll up.

Triton's eyes shift up to the scroll, and he looks away as he raises his trident. His signature replaces Caspian's, Urchin sitting up with a wide smile.

"Oh! You... signed it! You actually signed it!" he laughs with disbelief and malice, snapping the scroll away.

Caspian was returned to his normal form, now shirtless from the half change.
