Taehyung sat quietly in the backseat as his parents discussed the evening, their voices barely registering in his mind. The entire drive home felt surreal. The image of Y/N's shocked expression, her fiery outburst, and the tension that hung in the air between them replayed over and over in his head. He hadn't expected her to be the one his parents had arranged for him to marry-let alone Y/N, the rebellious student he often found himself scolding.
As they arrived home, his mother, T/M, turned to him, eyes full of hope. "Taehyung, what do you think? Isn't she... interesting?"
"Interesting?" Taehyung scoffed, running a hand through his hair. "She's impossible, Mom. There's no way I'm marrying her. We're completely different. She can't stand me, and I..." He paused, not finishing the sentence. He couldn't say he hated her, but the idea of spending his life with someone so wild, so untamed, felt wrong.
T/M sighed, but she wasn't surprised by his response. "Taehyung, marriage isn't just about finding someone you agree with all the time. Sometimes it's about balance. She challenges you, and maybe that's not such a bad thing."
Taehyung shook his head, standing up. "This isn't going to work. You're asking me to marry someone who hates the very sight of me."
T/D, his father, finally spoke, his voice calm but firm. "Son, we've already discussed this. You know how much this marriage means to both families. Sometimes we have to do things for the sake of the bigger picture."
"I understand that," Taehyung said, his voice tight with frustration. "But this isn't just some business deal. It's my life. You're asking me to marry a girl who's rebellious, who breaks every rule I set in the classroom."
T/M looked at him with soft eyes. "Taehyung, I know you think this is impossible, but maybe she's exactly what you need. Give it time. We've already come so far."
Taehyung clenched his jaw, feeling trapped. He knew there was no way out. His parents had made up their minds, and the pressure of tradition weighed heavily on his shoulders. Despite every instinct telling him to walk away, to say no, he could feel the inevitable tug pulling him toward the one thing he didn't want.
After a long pause, he sighed, his voice barely above a whisper. "Fine. I'll do it."

Wedding Day
The grand hall was decorated with flowers and delicate lights, casting a warm glow over the gathering of family and friends. Despite the festive atmosphere, an unspoken tension lingered between the bride and groom, standing at the altar in front of everyone.
Y/N stood in her white dress, feeling like she was trapped in a nightmare. How had it come to this? Less than a month ago, she couldn't stand the sight of Taehyung, and now here she was, exchanging vows with him. She glanced sideways at him, her heart pounding with a mix of frustration and disbelief.
Taehyung, dressed in a sharp black suit, looked just as composed as ever. But inside, his thoughts were racing. This was really happening. He was marrying Y/N, the same girl who defied every rule he set. He couldn't understand how their lives had led to this moment, but here they were, standing together in front of the world, bound by circumstances neither of them had chosen.
The officiant's voice echoed through the room, asking them to exchange vows. Taehyung took a deep breath, his eyes meeting Y/N's briefly before he spoke.
"I, Kim Taehyung, take you, Y/N, to be my lawfully wedded wife. I promise to respect you, to protect you, and to try-" he hesitated slightly, his voice softening-"to understand you, even when we don't always see eye to eye."
