Rushing Manna to the hospital is by far the most painful thing I have ever done. It as if her body is lifeless; she is not responding to anything l say or do. Manna is the only person who I am worried about. Her safety and her being fine. The day I find the person who who did this to my wife I sweat l will not wage war upon their family l will make sure their life is just as painful as my Manna feelings right now. The operation doors close Mannu is in their alone. I hope she makes it; Ganesha don't take her away from me. I will not survive Manna's death. My mother death hurt me but if she died it will kill me every day.

The operation takes a long time when l stand outside wishing I could just hold her hand. After about what felt like eternity the Doctor comes out the room. She looks at me and Manna mother?

"I am not even going to lie to you if you didn't bring her in when you did we would have never saved her. She is lucky to have got just 2nd degree burns from this and it is only on her arm and leg. We manged to help her with the wounds but she is in a coma. She has alot of lack of oxygen in their along with a head injury. Mr Singhani actually did you know she is pregnant?" Doctor says

"I knew about it" I say

"I just want to say your Baby is fine; l have no idea how" Doctor says

"Doctor I am going to say this in the most polite way possible. If my wife doesn't make it out that coma because of negligence I will burn this hospital to the ground. The woman in that room that your treating is the love of my life and if anything I mean anything happened to either the mother or the baby I promise you one thing this Hospital will never exist again" l say and go inside.

Manna is laying their in the room with a bandage on her head her. She is a bandage around her arm and leg whole her eyes are closed. Never in my life have I seen a woman as beautiful as Manna. Even asleep she is beauty even with a oxygen pump she is beautiful.

I sit next to her bed when l hold the sunburn hand and kiss her hand.

"They say people who are in coma can hear everything. I hope you are listening to me right now Manna. Fight my love fight. Fight for our child who is growing inside of you. That child needs a mother they deserve a mother and a mothers love" I say "it's me my love it's me Manna. Your husband; the one you never stop fighting with my love. I promise you who ever did this to you I will make sure their life is a living hell. I won't kill them but l sure as hell will make sure that they pay for this. They pay way more then anything They have payed. My love don't stress I will visit you each and every day and l will tell you everything my dear wife. You just lay here free of pain and grow our child here"

I kiss her head and move the hair from her face. She is so beautiful seeing her lifeless like this is just killing me inside. The person who is responsible for this has to pay. They have to pay with everything they have taking my love from me. Manna is everything to me and l would be damned to let go because of some idiot. I dial Narayan number.

"I need all the CCTV footage of Oberoi House by tonight l want to know what happened to my wife everything" I say to Narayan and hang up the phone.

As I walk past the other hospital room I see Kanika she is on the floor when l come to her.

"What is wrong?" I ask

"She is dead" Kanika says

"My condolences but where is your husband right now" I ask

"He left yesterday after dinner and l have seen him since. How will l tell him his mother is no more" Kanika says to me crying.

"Take her to her house and let her relax abit. She is in alot of shock. I will start the preparation of the final rites for Grandma" I say when Ayaan nods
