It was around 4pm when Lingling was just finishing up with a nipple piercing for one of her clients.
She'd had a lot of work today, her next client for 4.30 was already on her way, Prighking, and she wanted a tattoo on the side of her neck.
Lingling's phone began to ring, She smiled, it was Orm. She loved the photo Orm had insisted she use as her caller ID photo.
"Hi" Lingling said
"Bye Teerak"
Lingling grinned wide, she really loved the way her girlfriend greeted her
"How's your day going?" Lingling asked her
"It's kinda light today." Orm said
"Oh, mine's the exact opposite" Lingling said,
"Yea? I won't take more of your time then, Teerak"
"No no, it's okay... I'll always have time for you..." Lingling said, and she just knew she elicited a blush on the other end of the line.
"You know exactly what to say to make a woman swoon, don't you?" Orm asked.
"What can I say, I'm intent on keeping you around for a long long time" Lingling said, surprised at her own words.
"I like that," Orm said. There was a comfortable pause between them
"So... anyway...ummm Koay called, he wanted to invite us for a double date..." Orm said
"A double date? Okaaayyyy..." Lingling said, unsure.
"I know... weird right.. I mean I didn't even know he was dating..." Orm grumbled.
"Also - that you and I haven't been on enough dates alone yet, let alone planning double dates" Lingling laughed.
"He said he really wants me to meet the woman, so I didn't know how to decline," Orm said.
"That's okay, let's do it. I'd like to meet Koay again too" Lingling said.
"Great, it's tomorrow night, a fancy restaurant so we can dress up a bit. I'll send you the address" Orm said excitedly.
"Ohhh" Lingling said,
"What?" Orm asked.
"I just get really nervous about what to wear for such places" Lingling said, already trying to think of all the outfits she owns for more fancier settings.
"I can help you pick," Orm said.
"Okay" Lingling said, smiling, "What are you planning on wearing?"
"Wouldn't you like to know already?" Orm teased
"Oh come on... I'm only asking so maybe we could match in some way" Lingling said
"Lingling Kwong, I didn't think you were that corny," Orm teased.
"Hey, it's not corny, its... it's........ narak maaaa"
"'Cute'" Orm teased repeating in Lingling's tone. Lingling laughed
