Lauren's POV

I groaned again to the sound of Camila's alarm clock. She really needs to change the loudness of that thing. I quickly pressed the button to make it stop buzzing.

I looked up to see I was still laying on Camila's chest, her arms wrapped snugly around my neck. I sighed, and pressed a light kiss to the younger girl's collarbone.

She was so beautiful when she was asleep, like an angel. She started to stir and opened up those mesmerizing brown eyes of hers.

"Morning cutie," she smiled sleepily at me. Her lazy smile was one of the most adorable things I would ever get to witness. "Morning gorgeous." I replied to the cheerleader, smiling up at her as my chin rested against her chest.

"How are you feeling?" She asked, stroking my eyebrow. I don't know why but I found the notion soothing.

"I'm feeling as okay as anyone could be when you find out your mom's cancer is back." I saw her frown, I guess not expecting me to say that. I buried my face in her chest. I wasn't planning on crying this morning but some things don't go as planned.

I'm not one to cry in front of anyone but with Camila, it's different. I'm not afraid to be vulnerable around her.

I quirked an eyebrow when I heard Camila clear her throat.

"Ass fat, yeah I know."

I looked up to see Camila with the most serious expression on her face and I couldn't help but burst out into laughter. She was such a goof.

"Oh my god Camz, what the hell?" She burst out laughing as well and her cheeks turned red.

"Why'd you just bust out singing Nicki Minaj?" I asked the brunette girl. She shrugged her shoulders and we both continued laughing.

My tears were long forgotten as Camila kept singing the verse over and over again. She then began tickling me making me laugh harder.

"S-stop, C-Camz!" I said through a fit of giggles. Instead of tears of sadness, my eyes were prickling with tears of joy and laughter, instantly changing my mood from seconds ago.

She eventually stopped and I was able to catch my breath. That was an intense tickle session.

"I just wanted to make you smile." She said causing my heart to swell at the sweetness of the younger girl. "I hate seeing you cry so instead I'd rather see you laugh or smile so that's what I tried to do." She blushed and I couldn't help but lean up to kiss the shorter girl. She didn't protest and reciprocated the kiss. I felt myself easily smiling into the kiss.

"Mija, what's all that-" I broke the kiss to look up and see an angry Coach Cabello.

"Jauregui! What the hell are you doing in my daughter's bed? And with no shirt on? And Camila, why aren't you wearing any pants?!" I was frozen in my spot, I had no idea what to say. It was like time stopped but it was anything but that. I felt Camila move from under me and walk over to her father.

"Daddy, it's not what it looks like." He glared at me and I swear I shrunk about 15 feet in size. He looked back to Camila with the same glare. I'm so scared of him what the fuck.

"Oh really? I just caught my daughter and her girlfriend making out on her bed." I quirked an eyebrow at the term girlfriend. I smiled a little but quickly refrained from doing so considering there's a pissed off father waiting to kill me at any given moment.

"Dad, she took her shirt of because she was hot." Really Camz, you start off with that? "We weren't doing anything."

"That's not the point Camila!" He yelled, causing me to jump but Camila didn't flinch at all.
