30-Pag Phera (Part-2)

Kapil was laying on the bed with his eyes closed when he felt someone's arm around his stomach he recognised the touch and smiled

Kapil-
Baccha...sab kaisa hei wahan...koi dikkat to nahi hei naa...he said wrapping his arms around her shoulder with his eyes still closed

Bhavya-
Bilkul bhi nahi baba...sab log bhut acche hein... pata hei kal kya hua...(She told him that Maasi saas wala incident)...hume bhut zyada gussa aa raha tha baba...lekin hum pehle hi din ghar mei kalesh nahi karna chahte the islie chup reh gaye lekin pata hei hume kuch bolne ki zaroorat bhi nahi padti..kyuki Maa Papa aur Shiv ne sab khud hi sambhal liya humare paas kuch kehne ke liye bacha hi nahi

Kapil felt bad that his past was affecting his daughter's present life and tears started forming in his eyes

Bhavya-
Baba...roiye mat... humari hi galti hei..hume aapko batana hi nahi chahie tha

Kapil-
Nahi baccha hum us wajah se nahi ro rahe...hume bas dar lag raha hei ki kahin humare beete kal ka asar tumhare aane wale kal pe naa pade

Bhavya-
Aisa kyu soch rahe hein baba...aisa kuch nahi hoga...aap bilkul chinta mat kijie...she said strengthening her hold on him and snuggling more in his arms

For a few seconds there was a silence when she broke it and said

Umm...ek baat bataiye naa baba...wo..um..aaj naa hume aapke aur Mini ke beech wo comfort nahi dikha jo pehle tha...um...matlab 2 din pehle to sab thik tha naa fir ekdam...

Kapil(interrupting)-
Umm...Laado hum lunch banane jaate hein 12 baj gaye hein...already bhut late ho chuka hei...Shiv ko bhook lagi hogi...he said breaking the hug and getting up from the bed making her more uncomfortable but she was adamant to know the truth but for now she nodded with a smile

Kapil moved towards the kitchen and started preparing the lunch while Bhavya went to her room and woke Shivansh up and they proceeded towards the living room

In the living room

Bhavya was sitting hugging her dadu and Shivansh was talking to Janak ji Meher was helping Kapil with lunch and Ginni was sitting zoned out in the dinning room cutting some vegetables...her attention was somewhere else and she accidentally injured her finger making Kapil rush towards her

Kapil-
Kya karti ho...dikhta nahi tumko...itna mota chashma laga hua hei fir bhi dhyan se dekh nahi sakti ho ki sabzi kaat rahi ho yaa ungli...he scolded her with a frown and cleaned her wound and applied some ointment on it

All this while she was sitting quietly looking at him without blinking her eyes and Meher was looking at them with a smile not knowing the reality

Kapil had a look at her and their eyes met from behind their glasses and a drop of tear fell from her eyes and he averted his gaze then he realised that he was still holding her hand

Kapil-
Dhyan rakhna...tum chhodo ab ise...jaao jaake sabke saath baith jaao...he said in a low voice

Ginni(clearing her throat)-
Um..nahi hum thik hein ek chota sa hi cut hei zyada nahi lagi...tum jaao...she said resuming her work

Other then Meher this scenario was also witnessed by Bhavya who was standing hiding behind the pillar then she moved towards Ginni

Bhavya-
Minii...aap kaisi ho...hum to aapse thik se mil hi nahi paae...she said wrapping her hand around her shoulder and hugging her making her smile

Ginni-
Haan...baba ki Barbie ko baba se fursat mile to aaegi naa kisi aur ke paas...she said in her usual tone trying to be normal

Bhavya giggled but she could feel that something was not right
