After a long flight, Y/n finally arrives in the United States. She makes her way to the hotel where she has booked a room, exhausted from the journey. Once she settles in, she takes a moment to collect her thoughts of Jungkook.
Y/n looks at her watch, realizing that she has some time to kill before her meetup with...him. She decides to take a shower and freshen up, changing into more comfortable clothes. As she steps out of the bathroom, there's a knock at her door.
Y/n approaches the door, peeking through the peephole. She sees a familiar face and quickly unlocks the door, pulling him into a tight hug. "It's been so long," she murmurs, her voice choked with emotion. He hugs her back just as tightly, laughing softly.

He returns the hug fervently, "Y/n... I can't believe it's really you. It's been far too long." pulls back to look at her, taking in her face and form "You look... incredible and more mature" he smiles warmly

Y/n pulls back, her eyes welling up with tears. "I've missed you so much, Jhope Oppa" She forces a small smile, trying to compose herself. "Let's sit down, we have a lot to catch up on."

Jhope nods and follows her to the sitting area, taking a seat next to her. "I know, I've missed you so much too, Y/n. It feels like a lifetime ago since we last saw each other." he reaches out to gently wipe away a tear from her cheek. "How's everything doing?"
Y/n's eyes fill with tears at his question, and she finds herself unable to hold back her emotions any longer. She breaks down, sobbing as she tells him everything - Jungkook's memory loss, her family's lies, her frustration, and her fear of losing Jungkook.

He listens intently, his expression turning grave as she recounts her story. when she finally finishes, he pulls her into his arms, letting her cry it out. "I had no idea things had been so tough for you" he says softly, stroking her hair.
Y/n clings to him, finding solace in his embrace. She pulls back after a while, wiping her tears.

"I'm so sorry, Oppa. I didn't mean to unload all of this on you." She sniffles, attempting a small smile.
"You don't ever have to apologize for feeling overwhelmed and needing someone to talk to, Y/n. That's what family and friends are for."
Y/n nods, feeling a sense of relief wash over her. She looks up at him, her eyes filled with a mixture of hope and desperation. "Oppa, I need your help."
He studies her earnestly, his gaze unwavering. "Whatever you need, Y/n, you know I'll do it." he assures her.
"I need you to come back to Korea with me, Oppa. I need you to act as if...we're together." She hesitates before adding, "In front of Jungkook. I think it might jog his memory somehow, or at least make him realize that we have a history together."

"Honestly, I'm not sure if it'll work, but I trust your instincts, Y/n. If you think it'll help Jungkook, then I'll do it." he pauses, looking at her carefully.
Y/n lets out a sigh of relief and gratitude. "Oppa, I still remember what you teach us- 'Whatever in your mind will clearly appear on your face and it will reflect in your actions. Someone can hide that temporarily but not longer. We can realise that after sometime when their change in actions and behaviour' - I'm gonna test this on Jungkook "

He smiles softly, "You always were a quick learner. Alright, so when are we leaving for Korea?" offers his hand to help her stand up
She grins, feeling a glimmer of hope. "Tomorrow, if that's okay with you . I don't want to waste any more time." She takes his hand, letting him pull her up. "And Thank you for agreeing to this crazy plan of mine."

"Y/n, your plan isn't crazy. It's a shot at getting your life back with Jungkook. I'm just happy I can be here for you." he smiles warmly at her. "Tomorrow works for me."
Y/n smiles back, feeling a warmth in her heart. "This means alot for me. I'll make sure to book our flights for tomorrow."
He nods approvingly, "Okay, I'll head back to my hotel then. We should probably keep this a secret from everyone."
Y/n nods, "Yes, you're right. Let's not tell anyone about this until we know if it'll work." she hugs him tightly "Goodnight, Oppa. I'll message you the details tomorrow."
