Taylor opens her eyes, blinking a few times to adjust to the light streaming into the room. The curtains are drawn, but sunlight still filters in through the gaps. Rubbing her eyes, she recalls the last moments before she drifted off to sleep. She and her husband, Travis, had been cuddling in bed after breakfast, watching a cheesy movie online. Now, however, Travis is nowhere to be seen. She drags herself out of bed, heading downstairs to look for him.

"Trav... Trav..." she calls out as she descends the stairs. She encounters Luna, the housekeeper and their family personal Chef assistant.

"Miss Taylor, you're up!" Luna greets her with a smile.

"Have you seen Travis?" Taylor asks, curious.

"Oh, he's down in the basement playroom with his friends," Luna replies. Before she can say more, Taylor remembers.

"Right, I forgot about their game day," she says, already heading toward the playroom.

As she nears the room, Taylor hears laughter, cheering, and some playful shouting. She knocks on the door before peeking in. Travis is holding a game controller, his gaze fixed on the screen. But when he sees her, his face breaks into a wide grin, and he tosses the controller to Pat.

"Babe... you're up!" he exclaims, opening his arms. "Come here, honey."

Taylor smiles and quickly crosses the room, sitting sideways on Travis's lap with her legs draped over one side. She nestles her head against his chest, and Travis chuckles, his eyes crinkling at the corners.

"Did you have a good nap, baby?" he asks, placing a kiss on her head. One arm wraps around her waist, and his other hand strokes her hair.

She nods, still a little drowsy, and he pulls out his phone to send a quick text before returning his attention to her, brushing his fingers along her cheek.

"That was a long nap, honey," he murmurs, bending down to give her a quick kiss. "Stay awake for me now. Otherwise, you won't be able to sleep tonight." He leans closer, his lips near her ear. "And if you can't sleep... well, I'll just have to help tire you out," he whispers playfully.

Taylor laughs and playfully nudges his chest. "Trav, your friends are right here!"

Travis glances around the room at Pat, Ross, and the others, all of whom are deeply absorbed in the game. He grins. "They don't care, babe. They're used to us."

Before she can reply, Ross, one of their friends, chimes in without looking away from the screen. "You guys want to get a room? Or at least keep it PG for the sake of the little one."

Taylor laughs and hides her face in Travis's neck, blushing. Travis throws a pillow at Boss and gently rubs Taylor's abdomen.

"We *are* keeping it PG, man," Travis retorts, chuckling.

"Trav, stop it," Taylor mumbles, though a smile tugs at her lips.

"Well, I'm sure our baby won't mind seeing its parents in love," he says, gazing warmly into Taylor's ocean-blue eyes.

"Oh, save it," Pat teases. "We don't need a high-school romance over here."

"Don't listen to them, babe," Travis says, covering Taylor's ears with his hands. "I want all of this." He kisses her cheeks, showering her with affection.

A knock on the door interrupts them. "Come in," Travis calls.

Luna enters, holding a large tumbler. "Here's the smoothie as your order Mr. Travis. Please make sure she finishes it."

"Thanks, Luna," he says, nodding as she leaves. Taylor glances skeptically at the tumbler, her face clearly saying, *I don't want this.*

"Babe," Travis says patiently, holding the cup up. "I let you sleep through lunch. I'm already being generous with you." He gently places a hand on her abdomen, where their baby is growing. "You shouldn't go so long without eating, honey. It's not good for you or the baby."
