The Stavesons: A CH Story

Part 14

I'm sorry for what's aboot to happen. It's a canon event. Also I couldn't help but put this song in here. It's too perfect!! (Since this is based off of CH 😏)

Samuel's POV:

Holy mother of music. This was the most elegant ball I had ever been in my entire life (Yeah I'm just gonna describe it since there is no pictures that match my imagination-). As we walked in we were greeted by the two grand, golden etched doors. Grandpa open the doors to show a grand ballroom filled with lights and music.

The ballroom was circular with stairs on the other side of the room to lead to a partial floor with extra tables. The roof was a glass dome with floating lights dancing lazily in one place. There was a long table filled with all different kinds of food next to the entrance. Uncle Kiwi and Nekomi both raced to the buffet, both pushing each other out of the way to get food. On another side of the room there was a wall of complete glass to show an aquarium with large and small fish alike.

Pearl squealed excitedly as she dragged her sisters Fae and Bailey to see the fish. I swear if she could breathe underwater, she would be considered a mermaid for how long she would stay there. She ran up to the glass and smushed her face onto it. Her sisters giggled at her while she was shouting "FEESH!!".

My other siblings had scattered to other places. Dad was frantically trying to keep tabs on everyone, at one point Zoe even makes him wear her butterfly earrings in return for not running off. My grandparents and uncles volunteered to keep tabs on different groups and dad seemed to calm down a bit.

There was so many different people here. Some of them are famous celebrities. I think Damian almost fainted when he saw a man named Chao Lijiang who plays a character in the famous TV Series named Russian Roulette (*wink wink nudge nudge*).

"Wow, if it isn't the man of the hour. Aaron Staveson, I can't believe you're actually here. It's almost surreal isn't it?"

I gasped at the sound of what could only be the greatest singer of the entire world.

Dad grinned as he turned to greet the voice. "Help me if you can, but I can't seem to remember if you're either Seung or No-min." Seung chuckled as he hugged dad tightly.

Kang Seung, or his performing name Byeol, is one of the most popular singers with all of his songs ranking Top 10 in most countries. He's even won 4 different Grammy's! He has a twin brother named Kang No-min who is known for his stoicism in Seung's vlogs. Both were also in the Russian Roulette series with Chao Lijiang.

I tug dad's sleeve as I quietly gaped at the literal star chatting casually with us. Seung looked down to me and grinned.

"Who's this little man?" Seung asked. OH MY GOSH HE'S ASKING ABOUT ME-

"This is my son Samuel. He really loves your music. Kiddo, tell him what you want to be whe you grow up." Dad said nudging my shoulder. I gulped, messed with the cuffs of my shirt, and darted my eyes anxiously.

"I-uhm. I want to be a.... musician w-when I grow up." I swallowed again. Seung's eyes lit up in excitement.

"Really? That's great! Maybe I can show you a few tricks on the piano if you want! How does that sound Samuel? Is that sound okay with you Aaron?" He asked dad.

"No problem! He's really good with several instruments, he's a real talent, aren't you kiddo?" Dad ruffled my hair smiling at me warmly (AWWW HE SUPPORTS HIS INTERESTS-). I smiled widely and nodded my head excitedly. After a while of talking, I decided to leave to go to the buffet.

I walk over to see Uncle Kiwi and Nekomi having a girly slap fight (y'know the one where both are leaned away from each other and pawing like a cat, I do that with my siblings-) and Darren egging them on by pumping his fist in the air chanting "Fight, fight, fight fight-" (Darren you agent of chaos). On another side of the buffet table Mémé was holding Griffin who was contently swishing his legs back and forth. Mémé was talking to a woman in a tight fit black dress. She has short brown hair that's bangs were in a diagonal.
