Azazel's POV

November 1st, 2022 ME

I was sleeping in my old bedroom in Pearl's mansion. We partied so hard yesterday during the Splatoween party that it was all a blur to me.

One thing that wasn't a blur was the fucking sun glaring into my eyes! Every time!

Azazel: Gah! I can't take it anymore!

I got up and closed the curtains before lying back down on my bed. Finally, to have a moment where my eyes aren't being bombarded by sunlight every single morning.

Then, I heard a knock on the door.

Azazel: Come in. *I said in a groggy voice*

The door opened up and Bordeaux walked right inside. She was wearing her pajamas that seemed to be a little small on her given how large her...proportions are and how thicc her body is.

Bordeaux: Are you okay?

Azazel: I'm okay. Just irritated by the sunlight on my face.

Bordeaux: Oh.

Bordeaux sat down on the bed with that innocent look on her face. A face that anyone can't say no to.

Azazel: Did you like the party yesterday, Bordeaux?

Bordeaux: Well, I felt so...overwhelmed by the people and their loud laughter. I thought I had gotten used to large crowds, but I guess that still needs work.

Azazel: I understand how you feel. For some people, years can pass and they don't feel comfortable to a perfect degree of certain things. And that's okay. We all improve at our own speed.

Bordeaux smiled as she had something on her mind while looking up at the ceiling.

Bordeaux: I want to find my mother.
