It only took Asta a few minutes to pass out and that's when we all decided it was time to leave, thankfully thanks to Charlotte that meant me walking free and not in Nozel's custody. Yami had said he needed to return to the hideout before the squad destroyed the place, if they hadn't already, so Finral left with him and the other Captains.

Rather than leave and be left to carry Asta back down the mountain, I told Gauche to wait as I knew Yuno, Klaus and Mimosa would arrive soon and thankfully they did. Thanks to Klaus' steel chariot we arrived back in the village in no time, finally meeting up with Noelle who took us to the church to rest.

Last I was awake I had left Asta with the others, knowing Klaus would be happy to take care of him, he's such a mother hen.

I had woken up in a room that one of the sisters had given me, to a shout that told me Asta was finally awake. I put my boots and Black Bulls robe back on before leaving the room and heading for where I had heard the shout. Opening the door I found Yuno, Klaus, Mimosa and Noelle all stood explaining what had happened after he passed out.

"Hey Rose, your still here to huh?" Asta greeted me with a wave and a smile, it made me happy to see him reenergised. "Yeah. When we got to the church one of the sisters gave me a room, I've been resting since then." I explained, the others nodding along confirming what I had said.

"I'm not surprised after you used that wind spell to keep the Captains at bay." He said rubbing the back of his head. I looked around at the others a nervous look no doubt painting my face, they didn't need to know that. I thought and everyone looked at me as if I were insane.

It was Klaus who spoke. "You were able to hold off the Captains!" He bellowed in shock causing me turn my head due to my own shock at his reaction. "You should have seen it, it was so cool. I can't believe how strong you are Rose." I know Asta was trying to be encouraging and supportive, but I felt like people knowing I acted against the Captains could come to bite me in the butt one day.

"You're sure this is true and Asta's not just exaggerating?" Yuno asked and I reluctantly answered. "It's true, it's why I was resting all day. The enemies magic was about to go out of control and take us all down with it, if the Captains had tried to attack they would have been setting off a blast of magic that could have killed us all." I explained, making sure to say the enemy and not Patri, and making sure I didn't cause any suspicion.

"Very well." Klaus said everyone accepting my explanation. "Well then since Asta's up we should be leaving." He said addressing Mimosa and Yuno, who both agreed and started to leave. "Oh right I almost forgot, I meant to tell you that Sister Teresa just woke up." Mimosa told us just before she left, leaving just me, Asta and Noelle.

Asta was quick to leave and so I followed behind him, wanting to see how the Sister was doing. When we came to the door it was Asta who opened it and stepped in first. "Excuse me." I stepped in next behind him as I noticed Marie running over and grabbing on Asta's arm, who then began to spin her around.

I noticed Gauche at the back looking dead at the sight so I went on over. "It's alright Gauche, I'm sure you'll learn to share her one day in the next century." I chuckled at my own words and the fact that his expression didn't change.

Then Asta walked over with Marie and I turned around to look at Sister Teresa. "Sister. Your wounds healing alright?" He asked, a smile present on his face. "Do I look like some fragile old lady to you. I'm fine, no doubt thanks to this young lady." Sister Teresa turned her head to look at me, offering a pleasant smile as she did.

"You're very welcome Sister. I guess I haven't introduced myself, my name's Rose." She nodded. "Well it's a pleasure to meet you Rose." I smiled happy to see she was doing well. I then turned to Asta. "Hey Asta I'm going to head back to the hideout, can you tell Noelle that I left?" He nodded saying he would, so I lifted my hand and opened a portal.
