Ria's POV
"What?"
"I said what I said, Hailey," I confirm, but her confused expression remains like I said something she can't comprehend.
"Why?" She asks, and this offends me.
"Because no woman of mine needs to work when I exist. You have every resource at your disposal right now. You could quit school if you wanted to, but I won't ask you to do that," I tell her truthfully.
"I'm not quitting school, nor my jobs," she says, and I'm annoyed, but I already handed in her resignation letters.
"Well I resigned for you," I say and as she's about to protest, I continue, "you'll now be getting monthly allowance for household and personal necessities for both yourself and your mom. Also, someone will be coming to your house to do renovations next week," I tell her.
"Wah? Hold the fuck on," her brows quirked and her whole body faces me. I can clearly tell she's confused but kind of upset but more confused than anything else.
"I want to meet your mom," is the next thing I say and her expression drops.
Hailey's POV
"I want to meet your mom," she says and my confused expression contorts into an "are you serious?" expression instead. This is so much to process at once.
"You're not even my girlfriend, and if you were, my mom's highly religious. I'd be living on the street instantly."
"I know and you don't have to introduce me as your girlfriend, just a friend that wants to do something nice for another," she deadpans and I laugh because you can't convince me this girl isn't crazy.
"Okay," I say despite not understanding what the hell just happened.
"You're not safe anymore ma," she says and here my confusion comes again. I'm too lost to acknowledge the fact that she just called me 'ma'.
"Huh?"
"I'll explain soon enough, right now I just want to get you home," she sighs.
"Okay."
We drive for the 20 minutes it takes to get me home. She parks in front of my gate that's barely a gate and we sit in silence as I pack up my stuff.
Ria's POV
She's packing her stuff to go inside. I sigh as I watch her pack. I wish I could take her home with me but I can't. I sigh again as I think about how much I'll break her heart when she understands what I really am. How I can be!
She finishes up her packing and closes the door. She then heads to the driver's side of my car where I am currently.
"Yuh know seh all yuh do a fuck wid mi head?? I'm so sick of your shit," she says as soon as she opens the door, rolling her eyes and hissing her teeth.
Grabbing her neck I pull her head close to mine, her breath warm on my lips. I'm turned on I can't even lie and I know she is too, by the way her expression changes from annoyed to intrigued.
"You know damn well I don't take kindly to being spoken to like that," I scold and she rolls her eyes.
"Sorry mother," she says with a sarcastic scowl.
I'll mommy if that's what she wants...
Connecting our lips, I pull her unto my lap where she straddles me. Her soft lips battle mine and all I think about is how beautiful she smells, how addictive her touch is and how I'll kill the next person she fucks, if she dares.
Struggling to breathe, she deepens the kiss. Her hands caressing my chest. The heat in my cheeks is unbearable but I can't let her know the effect she has on me, not yet. So I play it cool. My hands massage her ass under her skirt and she she groans into the kiss, my favourite sound in the world. Her hands trace my abdomen as her kisses diverge from my lips, to my neck, sucking and biting the flesh. I moan from the painful pleasure and she seems to enjoy it a little too much as she proceeds to leave more black and blue marks down my neck and shoulders.
