Kai was actually a pretty nice and fun roommate besides for the fact that he was a bit whiny after I got to know him. We had a lot in common actually and he even helped me unpack my stuff. Really gentleman like.

The apartment we shared was nice and spacious. It had consists of 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and there was a living room/kitchen out front.

"Hey Minyoung?" Kai asked as I was sitting on the couch being lazy while watching Running Man. Kai, of course was watching it too. This was one of the things we had in common. We loved watching Running Man. Baekhyun did too.

"Yeh?" I asked.

"I'm gonna go out for awhile." He said getting up but I didn't really acknowledge it with my eyes still glued on the TV. I didn't fully acknowledge him until he asked me, "You wanna come with?"

"Hmp? Umm." I then took my eyes off the TV and looked at him. "Where are you going?" I asked curiously now giving him my full attention.

"To a friend's party. Everyone going to be there, even your friends that are in the second year." He said.

"Um. A party?" I thought about it but decided to decline. I didn't really want to see my old friends knowing that they'll most likely be at this party. I found out that a couple of them actually went to this school a few days ago. They would ask me about Baekhyun. "No it's fine." I said not wanting to leave the apartment.

"Are you sure?" He asked.

I nodded.

"But I want you to go." He said.

"Huh? What?" I said a bit creeped out. I mean we don't even know each other that well.

He gave me an awkward smile, "my friends are curious as to who my roommate is and plus you should go. It'll be fun."

I furrowed my eyebrows thinking. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad.

"Are you sure?" I asked.

"Come on it'll be fun. When I first saw you, you looked sad, so let's go and have some fun!" He said taking me by the wrist and dragging me out the door.

Meh. Anything to keep Baekhyun off my mind. Hopefully.

"Gosh, you have one heck of a beautiful car." I said amazed at this black Lamborghini.

"Thanks! I know." He then smiled at my amusement towards his car. "It's new, I just got it for my 18th birthday!" Kai said excitedly.

"Ah, I see." I replied still amazed. This guy must've had a lot money. Well, he did say his father owned a business.

Weirdly, when I was about to touch the handle of the car door to open it myself, his hand arrived there first. I looked up to him with a questioning look but he ignored it and proceeded to open the car door for me, waiting for me to go inside his car.

"Um thanks." I said awkwardly and got into his car as he shut the car door for me. He acts so much like a gentleman. Not even Baekhyun did this for me. He would've said 'you have hands and legs, do it yourself.'

Kai smiled at me when he shut the door. He then got into the driver's seat and had started his car.

"So who's party is this exactly?" I then asked him.

"Oh I'm not sure to be honest. It's just that everyone going to it. It's the party everyone goes to before school starts." He said unsure.

I nodded understanding his reply.
