Big Mistakes

The evening has come quicker than the boys would've expected it to. People were everywhere. It was getting hard to not get lost in the crowd. They had to constantly look for each other, until they found a good spot to stop for a minute.

Kuboyasu was specifically nervous. The sun was slowly setting, and he still didn't find a good opportunity to confess his feelings to Kaidou. He wasn't about to give up. He was dedicated to his plan. Even though right now it was even harder to find a good, quiet place to talk.

I'll figure it out. We still have plenty of time.

Positive thinking was the only thing keeping him from going insane. Luckily for him, none of his friends seemed to notice any strange behavior of his. With his germanium ring on, Saiki could only guess what was going on in Aren's head. The curiosity was killing him, but whenever he looked around at his surroundings, and thousands of people walking past him, he knew it would be better for him to block it out.

Kaidou's hands were getting dangerously sweaty. His heartbeat quickened whenever they passed a group of people their age. Especially when some of those people gave him cold looks. He knew his sense of style, and those red bandages he was always wearing, might seem weird for some people, and that made him anxious. He tried to look cool and unbothered, but in reality, he felt like everyone was secretly judging him. That was until they stumbled across two guys from west.

"You look so cool!" one of them said with a strong american accent. Even though he was confidently speaking Japanese, Kaidou knew they both were tourists. Nobody here compliments people on the street. For that reason he also didn't know what to do, so he just smiled shortly and looked away from embarrassment.

Now he felt a little bit more confident about his appearance. He straightened up and joined his friends' conversation.

At this point, they had no idea what part of the city they were in. But it didn't matter. Everywhere they looked, there was something interesting to stop by. The sun finally disappeared from the sky, and the first stars started showing up. The weather remained clear for the rest of the day, but in the center of the city it was hard to see anything. It also didn't matter.

"You know what? I'm getting thirsty from all of this walking" Kuboyasu stuck out his tongue like a dog. Kaidou looked around and noticed a vending machine on the other side of the street. Unfortunately, when they got closer they noticed it was broken.

"Hey look, there's a bar!" Nendou pointed at the sign a few meters away.

"They should have non-alcoholic drinks" Aren looked at the time "And it's still early, so they shouldn't have problems with us coming in. Let's go! I feel like my throat is getting dry.

Shun's level of adrenaline had risen even before they entered the bar. He's never done anything like this in his life. He felt like a child opening a Christmas gift, already knowing what's inside. He couldn't understand how all of his friends were so chill about all of this, while he was overwhelmed just by the idea of going to the bar. At one point he felt like his heart was going to explode.

There wasn't anyone at the entrance waiting to check their documents, that's when thy saw a sign on door saying people under the age of twenty were allowed until eight in the evening. They still had some time to get drinks and use the toilet.

The place was surprisingly empty, for it's location. The boys sat by the bar. All of them except Saiki ordered some kind of juice. Two adult women sat on both sides of them.

"Do you want to sit together?" Kaidou was the first one to notice them, and was ready to change his seat.

"It's fine" one of them murmured and looked away. It was none of their business, so after that they didn't say anything to those women. After finishing one glass, Kaidou almost immediately ordered the second one. There was something in those juices so addicting, that made him want to drink it forever.
