Y/N'S POV

Blood. The crimson red liquid was again on my white coat. My hands were soaked with blood.

" You killed her. " Someone said while wailing badly. Their face was invisible but the voice was clear.

YOU KILLED HER

I gasped loudly. My breathing became irregular. My heart started pumping fastly. The beads of the sweat were flowing from my forehead.Jeong Mi who was sleeping beside got up and saw my panicked state.

" Y/n drink this slowly. " She gave me a glass of water.

With shaky hands I started gulping the water slowly. The cold sensation of the water calmed my nerves down

" Was it again the same nightmare? " She asked gently while patting my back

I gave her a small nod. The haunting nightmare was haunting me again.

" Mi I don't think I can sleep again. Sorry for disturbing you. "

" Hey I'm your best friend and it's my duty to be there when you need me. "

" You were always there for me Jeong Mi. And you will always be there I know that. " I gave her a gentle smile assuring her that I'm okay now.

She embraced me in her arms and I did the same. I  am just grateful to have a friend like her. These nightmares were scary at the start but eventually I got habitual to it.

Jungkook is still unaware about it. And maybe I am still not ready to expose my past to him. He for sure cares about me but I'm still insecure about it.

We both heard a series of yelling and from the tone it seems that the person is celebrating the victory.

Jeong Mi started getting frustrated so she got up from the bed and went out. I followed her because the men have pissed her off.

" Can't you guys keep it low? We are trying to get some sleep here and Y/n doesn't feel sleepy because of her-" I slapped my palm on her mouth before she spewed the truth

Her words were muffled so I continued " Because you guys are too loud. " I gave them an awkward smile and removed my hand from Jeong Mi's mouth.

She gave me an apologetic smile while I just nodded. Jungkook's eyes we're narrowed as if he was suspicious of something.

" I think it is too late now. Let's sleep and let the ladies sleep too. " Namjoon-ssi was the one to divert his attention from me.

" Yes let's sleep now. Hyung is right " Taehyung-ssi said while yawning. His eyes were drowsy too.

Seokjin oppa just gave a nod in agreement and after wishing us good night they slept in the guest room. Thankfully our penthouse had several rooms so it was good.

As I was about to step in with Jeong Mi , Jungkook held my arm his grip was gentle but strong.

" You go ahead I will wish her a good night. " My words came out in a nervous tone. Which he caught on quickly.

" Okay I'm waiting here. " His voice was soft but the storm in his eyes spoke something else.

" Mi, I think I can sleep now. " She smiled and said, " Yeah even I think the same. Just go and sleep in your husband's embrace. "
