AUTHOR'S POV

Y/n was on the call with her mom.

" Y/n dear it's been a while since you visited us. " Her mom's sad voice reached her ears and the guilt she felt after hearing it was eating her out.

" I know eomma. I will soon visit you all. I miss you all too. " She expressed her guilt in words.

" Tomorrow is weekend. I don't want any excuses you and my son in law are coming to visit us. " Her mom ordered and who was Y/n to deny.

Chuckling at her mom's order she agreed. " Sure I will. "

Bidding their byes. The phone call was dismissed.

" Dr. Jeon , Ji ung is ready for the discharge. " A nurse informed.

Nodding she went out to meet the sunshine ball. Its been a week since the accident happened. Now all the workers are healthy but still need to take care of themselves to recover fully.

I entered Ji Ung's ward and saw his mom packing his stuff. I saw a pout adorning his lips.

" Ji Ung-ah congratulations on your discharge " . I said in a cheerful voice.

Upon hearing my voice he looked up and his eyes lit up. " Doctor noona! Thank you " His words expressed his gratitude and excitement.

" Will I not see you again? " His innocent question made my heart melt.

" You can but if you take care of yourself, take medicines on time and don't trouble your mommy. You can visit me anytime you want. " I said while ruffling his hairs.

" I will do as you say doctor noona. " He gave me the biggest smile and I reciprocated it.

Ji Ung's surgery was successful and now he is leaving for good. The little boy suffered alot.

" Dr. Jeon, thank you so much for helping us out. " His mother was saying with her teary eyes.

" This is my duty ma'am. And I couldn't stand Ji Ung's suffering. " I said while holding her hand.

" We will take our leave now thank you once again. " She bowed and I did the same.

Ji Ung waved his hand and smiled at his wave. I made my way towards my cabin. Having my daily dose of caffeine. Watching the sky change it's color.

The evening sky was painted in the hue of orange and blush pink. The beautiful sight made me lost in my thoughts.

It's been two and a half months since I got married, since my last name became Jeon. Since I gave myself to my first love.

I still remember the day when  I first saw him. His sharp but round eyes observing the room. His expressionless face but his eyes held thousands of emotions. How could I not fall in love after few encounters with him.

Whatever he did was the center of attention for me. That time was one of the precious memory for me.

A knock took me out of my thoughts.
" Dr. Jeon are you going for a night shift today? " It was Dr. Min, my senior.

" Oh no I will take my leave soon. "

" Ok then let me drive you today. " He suggested. And I accepted his offer. Jungkook is busy with his new project . His business partner is Mr. Valente. The elder man was a gentleman in every aspect.
