the room was eerily quiet as everyone waited for the [h/c]ette to wake up. after the commotion caused by [y/n]'s mother, pretty much everyone knew about it ever since the ambulance and police cars showed up at the front of the school.

just when south park was going good for the girl.. her mother just had to ruin it.

the beeping sounds from the machines haunted [y/n]'s father as he could only do so much. he held onto the cold hands of his daughter with both of his own and prayed to every God he knew of.

to save his daughter.

his eyes were fully red, from all the crying as he waited for his daughter to awaken and mourn over the death of his mother–in–law.

tears brimmed in his eyes just at the thought of [y/n]'s reaction to hearing that she wasn't able to save her dearest grandma in time.

"how is she..?" liane stepped inside the room, gripping on her purse as she smiled sadly at [f/n].

he sighed sadly and leaned back on his chair. "the same as usual. no signs of waking up." he replied, staring at the pale face of his daughter that lied weakly on the cold bed of the hospital.

the warmth of the sun shines through the window, casting a small glow on [y/n]'s face. but it wasn't the same as before.

her usual smile weren't evident— but instead sealed shut. her bright eyes were no were to be seen— fully closed with no signs of ever waking up. her timid yet beautiful voice was nowhere to be heard.

because she laid on the bed, fully dressed like a patient in the hospital. unmoving, pale, and quiet.

ever since the accident had occured, south park had fallen into a deep, dark hole. it was completely silent as [f/n] and liane walked down the neighborhood.

each passerby's had a sullen look on their face, giving a pitiful glance at the duo every time they walked past.

"[f/n]?!" the panicked voice of craig made [f/n] turn around, "is [y/n] alright?!"

craig kneeled over, trying to catch his breath as he waited for the elder to reply. he closed his eyes shut as he felt the warm tears rising.
