you were hunched over the toilet, ignoring the hot tears that streamed down your cheeks.

you let out a shaky sigh and wiped your mouth with your sleeves, scrunching your nose when you realized what you just did.

'now i have to wash this.. i was going to wear it on monday..'

you shook your head in disappointment and stood up, stumbling back from how fast you stood up. black dots appeared in the corner of your eye and you felt dizzy, but you thugged it out and flushed the toilet, washing your hands and walking back to your room.

after what your mom had said, you ignored her like the plague, wishing your grandma was still here or for your father to be here to distract your mother from bothering you.

you quickly wiped your tears before exiting the bathroom and cautiously looked around, letting out a sigh of relief when you saw the coast was clear.

quietly, you entered your room and closed the door, making sure to change your clothes and plopped on your bed. you turned to your side, eyeing your backpack that was practically screaming at you to finish all of your homework and assignments that were due today.

but you were so tired. maybe later.. you looked up at the clock, which showed that it was already eleven pm.

you let out a yawn and closed your eyes, not realizing that you had forgotten to set an alarm. good thing you usually wake up due to your body alarm.

and before you knew it, you had fallen asleep due to exhaustion. you were surely more happy than sad.

<3rd person POV>

[y/n]'s father walked inside the house, yawning from exhaustion. he had been working since the morning and it was already twelve in the morning,

he walked to the kitchen to wash his dishes, raising a brow once he noticed that the living room light was still on.

"you're finally home?" he heard his wife's voice.

he flinched and turned around, placing his hand on his heart to calm his heart. he grinned at his wife who seemed to be in a bad mood, not that he noticed.
