Estrella frowns as Pope pulls up to the pier. She looks down at the file as he stops.
Cleo looks around, "Are you sure this is the right place?"
"This is the pier." Kie says
"It was the address that was in the file." JJ says, "But he probably just gave a fake address. That's what I would've done."
"You guys really think he's here?" Charlotte says
"I don't know. But I need some fresh air." JJ says jumping out of the trunk, "Anyone, fresh air? Might as well take a look around."
He holds his hand out and Estrella takes it as she jumps out.
"Have fun." Pope says
"Oh, we will."
"We'll hold down the fort." Cleo says as the two walk onto the pier
"So, what's our plan if we actually find this killer?" Estrella asks
"Run. That's..." He shrugs turning to her. He notices her deadpan expression, "I'm kidding, all right? We detain, extract, investigate."
"How are we gonna detain?"
"Uh, I mean, we, like, sneak up on him, like, spy-like."
"Okay, I like it." She nods, "So, we're undercover."
"Exactly."
"Just act like we're on a date."
"Yeah."
"If you know what that looks like." Estrella jokes looking around
JJ frowns at her, "What do you mean, "If I know what that looks like"?"
"I mean, we've never been on a date." She chuckles
"We've been on a date."
"When?"
"I mean..." JJ scoffs
"Name one." Estrella says as she stops. JJ turns to her as she raises her brows, "Just one."
JJ takes her hand, "We're on a date right now."
"Okay." She giggles as he leads her down the dock
"We're on a date."
"We're on a date."
"Doing date things." He says making her laugh
"Just a normal couple strolling on the pier."
"Exactly."

Charlotte and Kie decided they'd stand out by the water instead of sitting in the truck. As Kie picks up a rock, Charlotte looks up toward the pier and smile takes over her features as she watches Estrella laugh with JJ, "Awe, they're on a date."
