"I mean, we know this is some sort of translation key, right?" Charlotte asks. Pope and Cleo explained to her that while the others were at the party, they were able to find something in Pope's family documents that would help them find El Dorado.
"I don't get it. I mean, look." She says standing up and walking over to Cleo and Pope, "This is the sun, and that's the glyph for sun, and this is gold, and that's the glyph for gold, but it's not like a dictionary. Don't you get the feeling like if you were to put it together in the right order, it'd mean something specific?"
"Wait a second." Pope says taking the paper from her, "I've seen this somewhere before. Sun. Sun, sun, sun, sun."
"You know the part that I can't understand?" Cleo says, "This man had one opportunity to send a letter to his daughter, and he sends this mishmash? Think about it. A translation of Kalinago? There must've been a reason."
"It's inheritance." Pope says, "Cleo, that's it. He wanted her to find El Dorado." Charlotte smiles as the two hug. Pope pulls away slowly before clearing his throat, "Um, we gotta check this out."
"Yeah, we should do that." Cleo says
"I think I know exactly where we need to go."

Estrella got a text from Pope telling her to meet at The Wreck. She figured it may have something to do with El Dorado since Pope mentioned he and Cleo were searching for more information. As Estrella approaches the door, she turns toward the kitchen.
"Mom, I'm gonna go meet with Pope. I'll be back." She says quickly
"Wait." Pamela says. Estrella turns with a sigh, "You're meeting with Pope?"
"Yes."
"Not JJ or John B."
Estrella groans, "Mom."
"I'm serious, Estrella."
"Yes, I'm meeting with Pope. I haven't seen or heard from John B and JJ since yesterday."
Pamela eyes her before nodding, "Be back tonight."
"I will." Estrella says before opening the door and heading out

"Hi, Mr. and Mrs. Carrera." Pope says as they stand outside of the restaurant door
"Uh, I'm gonna get that." Kie says standing up
"Kiara." Anna says, "Come back."
"Guys, what's up?" Kie says leading them out, "Now is not a good time. My parents are on a literal warpath about my future."
"This'll only take a second." Pope says
"Hey." Estrella calls out. The teens turn as she stops at the bottom of the steps, "What's up?"
