Chapter 6- Unexpected Encounter

"Oh My God Kyungie-ah! You have a secret admirer! And I thought that only happens in dramas!" I hugged her, she was just standing there looking blankly at the piece of paper.

"Chan Young-ah, nuguji?" she asked, still looking at the paper.

I lifted my shoulders in response.

I heard Dino and Jeonghan coming in, I quickly took the piece of paper out of her hands and hid it in my bag.

"Oh, no one's here yet." Jeonghan chuckled.

They then sat down on their seats as I came closer to Kyungie and whispered to her, she was still utterly shocked, and dazed is also another word I'd use to describe her state right now.

"Kyungie-ah, snap out of it!"

She then realised that she's been zoning out and turned to look at me, she nodded with a smile on her face and sat on her seat. She looked fine for now, what a relief. She's back to her old self.

"RIIIIIIIIIIIIING!" the school bell rang once again. It's time to have everyone back in class, well there usually 5minutes early but considering SEVENTEEN was here, I get it.

I could imagine them being upset and all since the guys aren't here. I mean, it's their fault in the first place for not letting them have their required space for lunch.

Huh... I couldn't have been more accurate.

"Where are our oppas!?"

"They're not here yet..."

"This is all your fault!"

Yeah, they're not here yet because of all you people and I bet that they won't be back for the afternoon lessons either.

The school bell rang and it was time to go home. As predicted, the other guys aren't here for the entire afternoon.

Dino and Jeonghan had an earlier leave so that they won't be surrounded by girls and it won't turn out into another fan-signing event.

Kyungie and I packed our bags, left the classroom and out of the school through the main gate.

Today felt quite long, time wasn't on our side today. The say didn't pass by as quickly as I thought it would, having that SEVENTEEN came. Oh well...

We finally reached home after a few minutes of walking. We were extremely exhausted.

Kyungie swiftly opened the door, pressing our code in. She instantly died there on the sofa, she must've been really tired today. Lucky her, I don't have time to spare right now. I quickly went upstairs to our room, showered and changed into something comfortable(sweater and sweatpants).

I ran as fast as I could down the stairs while putting my watch on my left wrist, took my skateboard and out. Kyungie passed out on the sofa by the way, poor thing.

"I'm here!" I shouted as I entered from the back door of the café, placing my skateboard next to the door standing.

I quickly changed into our "Star Café" attire and put on my green apron with my nametag clipped on it which simply says "Chan Young".

I then did my hair into a messy bun and started cleaning the tables up. I was just the 'cleaning lady' as I do say so myself but, it is still work that needs to be done so, yeah...

My shift starts from 4pm all the way up to 10:45pm. I come here to work everyday except for the weekends, my boss said that I should still have some fun in my teenage years and go hangout with some friends but, nyeh...

Anyways, that's basically all I'm doing until the café closes at 10pm sharp, cleaning the place.

It's 9:45pm now, just 15 minutes left and this place is closed. Although I would still have to stay for 45minutes to finish cleaning the tables and to sweep and mop the floor but, time passes by quickly when you're busy am I right?

Our cashier person left like 5minutes ago since no one was here anymore. Actually, I'm left here alone. Apparently, everyone had plans tonight, even our boss had stuff to do. He gave me the keys to the café so that I could lock and secure the place when I'm done.

I really wanted to leave now as well so, I quickly and hastily tidied the tables and wiped them clean, pushed the chairs in, swept and mopped and now, I just need to wait for it to dry.

About 6minutes left until it's 10pm, I think I can leave early today as well as the rest I mean, my job's done, I cleaned the place to top shape.

I was about to leave until I realised that I left a spot at the left corner of the room that still needs to be cleaned. Ugh, God why...

"DING!" the bell that hangs on top of the café's door rang which means, someone's here and entered.

"Ne annyeonghaseyo!" I greeted as I looked at my watch, just 3minutes left.

"Jeo, jeogiyo... The café's closing in 3minutes. Jwesonghande, but can you come some other time? I'm really sorry." I kept on mopping as I spoke every word looking down.

It was pretty rude of me to do that actually, just reflected on what I did and realised.

"I'm sorry, it was pretty rude of me to..." I apologised as I turned around and stopped mopping with the mop still on my hand's grip.

I didn't finish my sentence, I was too surprised by the two people standing in front of me right now, face to face.
