A cacophony of all sorts of quirks erupted all over the arena as every school targeted the students of UA. The ground split into numerous shapes, all varying in size, as hundreds of balls all flew toward them.
"I got it!" Daiba shouted as she made a large barrier that only she could see with her quirk. Most of the balls bounced off of it while some of them made their way in.
Tenma flapped his wings as hard as he could, sending the balls around him in a different direction of class 2-A. Though it mostly worked, the sounds of a few targets being hit could be heard.
Motomiya quickly looked down at his targets. None of them had been hit. He then looked at the rest of his class, and their targets remained untouched. The sound must have been from the first years.
"There's too many of us here!" Kendo yelled over the commotion of the other schools trying to eliminate them. "We have to split up so that at least some of us can pass!"
Motomiya nodded. "I can make sure none of us get hit," He said.
"I agree with the first years," Akira said. "I'm going to do this on my own. I wish you luck!"
"Wait, what?" Ueshima blurted. "Come on, I was thinking of a way you could help us!"
Akira blinked and let out a chuckle. "Were you really?"
Ueshima turned away. "Ugh, fine. Go. I hope you get eliminated."
Daiba outstretched her hands toward the barrier. "On my signal, we go our separate ways. Three, two, one, go!" She stopped using her quirk and followed Motomiya, Tenma, and Ueshima as they all ran away from the other schools.
Motomiya quickly scribbled in his notebook and yelled, "Every ball thrown at UA students will miss!" Though they were close, each and every orange ball thrown at him from other students missed, although some of them hit his limbs as he ran.
"Thanks!" Daiba thanked him. They continued to run as many students still followed. They ran and ran until they were now in a more secluded area of the city. She looked back and saw multiple students closing in. "We've got company!"
"Let me handle this!" Ueshima shouted. He held a ball in each of his hands and then used his quirk to stretch his arms all the way to the other students and touch their targets. He eliminated one of the students, while the other three only had one illuminated each.
One of the students fought back and blew a large spiral of fire from his mouth towards them all. Tenma turned around and flapped his large wings, stopping the fire in its path.
Motomiya turned his head back and saw that eight other people were now chasing after them, a few of them launching their target balls at them. A thought then appeared in his mind. They could all easily win this stage because of his signature move. He scribbled in his notebook and then shouted, "Don't move!" The examinees all fell to the ground, completely powerless and helpless. He turned to his classmates. "Now we can all pass," He said before touching all three targets on two of the examinees.

Saionji strummed a chord on her guitar as loud as she possibly could, sending multiple people to the ground, plugging their ears in pain, and making the ground and buildings below her shake. Taking her chance, she grabbed a few balls and threw them at the targets of one of the examinees, eliminating them. Before she could eliminate another one of the fallen people, she felt a swift kick to her stomach and heard one of her targets being touched. She looked around, but no one was there. Even the examinees had retreated. "Shit, someone has an invisibility quirk. Just my luck," She cursed.
She strummed another loud, powerful chord to try and find her opponent. The wave hit something, and a faint outline flickered, revealing her opponent for just a moment before she darted to the side, blending seamlessly with her surroundings again.
She adjusted her stance and strummed a power chord. The resulting sound, enhanced by her quirk, thundered across the buildings, bouncing off the walls in a way that shook the ground. The vibrations coursed through the space, making it hard for her opponent to stay perfectly camouflaged.
The faintest shimmer to her right. Saionji caught it and turned, slamming her hands into each other as a loud clap, amplifying the sound of the impact. The thunderous echo rocked the arena, momentarily stunning her opponent, whose outline flickered again under the force of the soundwaves.
“Got you!” Saionji charged, closing the distance in a few quick steps and strumming another chord to knock her opponent off balance. The other girl stumbled, her camouflage flickering and revealing her form for a split second-- just enough for Saionji to see the first target on her shoulder. She lunged, tapping it with one of the balls, the target illuminating.
Her opponent regained her footing and tried to dart away, but Saionji was ready. She strummed another resonant note, the vibration disrupting the ground under her opponent and sending her stumbling again. The girl’s camouflage struggled to stay active under the constant noise assault, and her shape kept flashing visible.
The camouflaged examinee, realizing she was exposed, went on the offensive, swiping at Saionji with sharp, precise strikes. Saionji managed to dodge some of them, but one hit her leg. Wincing, she staggered back, only to catch herself and strum another disorienting chord, throwing her opponent’s rhythm off just long enough to get close. Having gotten close enough, she managed to touch another target. Only one left.
With a groan, the camouflaged girl dove back into the shadows, disappearing once more. Saionji took a steadying breath, listening. She knew her opponent would come for her, and she had to be ready.
Then she heard it-- a tiny shuffle right behind her. Without hesitating, Saionji spun and strummed a chord that echoed like a sonic boom, amplified so loudly it sent ripples through the air. The force broke her opponent's concentration, causing her camouflage to drop entirely and her dropping to the floor, covering her ringing ears.
Saionji lunged, slamming her ball down like a hammer and tapping the final target on her opponent’s back. The light illuminated, and a loud buzzer sounded overhead, signaling her victory.
