The day when he moved into the dormitories and joined the rest of his class had finally come. The crowds surrounding UA from last week had finally disappeared after giving up on demanding answers from students, meaning that the students could finally move in and get situated in their new living spaces.

Motomiya crossed the UA border, and just behind the main building, he saw a row of tan colored buildings, each with a large sign showcasing which class was assigned to the dorm building. He was shocked at how many classes the school had. There were three grades, and each grade had classes A through H, each course having two separate classes. Unlike his earlier visits to the campus, the walkways were filled with students, each with suitcases and bags full of their things. Everyone looked so unique, even their uniforms. Unlike the hero course uniforms having one yellow button on the shoulder, he saw multiple people having two, three, or none of these buttons. It was so cool to see other students here but also nerve-wracking. He wasn't used to being around this amount of people again.

"Hey, it's you!" A raspy woman's voice yelled excitedly from behind.

He whipped his head around, recognizing the voice, and saw who had called out to him. She was shorter in stature and had fluffy, orange hair that complimented her large, yellow eyes. Sprouting from the top of her head were a pair of cat ears, and coming from her lower back was an orange, fluffy tail. It was her, the hero that had saved him from Higuchi. He felt his ears become hot at the sight of her. Beside her was a taller man with a bleached mohawk, purple eyes, and a faint scar across his cheek.

"I didn't know that you were a student here," She exclaimed with a large smile, "What class are you in?"

"Class 2-A. What- what about you?" He asked awkwardly.

"Yo, Shima," She said, turning to the man, "He must be that transfer."

"Good job transferring into UA. I'm Ikari Shima. Looks like we're all in the same class!" He said with a warm smile. "What's your name?"

He felt some of the anxiety be lifted off his shoulders and relaxed a bit more. "I'm Naruko Motomiya," He introduced. He didn't know why or how, but he felt safe with Shima, despite this being the first time meeting him. It was odd yet comforting.

"Come on, let's go find the dorm!" Shima exclaimed, leading them past the main building and to the back where the dorms were located. When they all got to the dorms and found their building, he stared up at the large building and smiled. "Can't believe we're all going to be living together," He said.

"I, um... never got your name," Motomiya told the cat girl.

She looked at him blankly and then scratched the back of her neck and smiled awkwardly. "Ah, sorry 'bout that! Name's Kyoko Tamakawa," She introduced. She then panned over Motomiya's uniform. "Why're you wearing the winter uniform? It's still summer."

Motomiya held his arms. "I get cold easily," He lied. In reality, he felt like he was going to collapse from how hot it was. The fabrics of his shirt and blazer stuck to his skin, and all he desired was some sweet, sweet air conditioning.

Shima went up ahead and opened the doors to the dormitory. In the common place was the rest of the class, all hanging out and talking to each other, catching up after the summer. Tamakawa and Motomiya ran into the building, requiring the cooled air of the building that contrasted the sweltering heat of the outside.

"Welcome to class 2-A," a muscular man with four arms welcomed in a deep voice, holding out one of his four hands for a handshake. "I'm Yuuta Takamura, the class president. Come to me if you need any help." He had long, brown hair that was tied back into a high ponytail and soft eyes that contrasted his sharp features.

Motomiya hesitantly shook his hand while gazing at the rest of the class. Everyone looked so unique and cool to him.

A girl with long, orange hair that was tied into a low bun and pale, grey eyes came up to him. She had long fox ears protruding from her head and had nine fox tails coming from her lower back. Her face looked blank and lacked emotion. "I'm Sayaka Aozaki, this classes vice president," She said, her voice sounding light.

"I'm Naruko Motomiya," He said to both of them, "It's nice to meet you all."

"We should probably start picking some rooms, everyone," Takamura instructed the class.

All of the rooms were on the second, third, fourth, and fifth floors while the common area was on the first floor. Deciding to make this a class activity and something to do to get to know Motomiya better, they all went up to the second floor and began to choose their rooms.

"I'll go with that one," a short boy with black hair covering half of his face and a spiked choker said, pointing to a room.

"I'll be on this floor too then," a thin boy with light purple hair said while keeping his eyes glued to a handheld gaming device.

Takamura scribbled in a notebook. "So, Ogami and Tetsuhara on the second floor," He said to himself.

They then went to the girls' hall on this floor.

"I guess I'll take a room here," a girl with long, chopped up green hair and several ear piercings said.

"Same, I don't think I'll like how high the other floors are," said a short girl with round curves and two black braids.

"Saionji and Daiba on the second floor as well," said Takamura, writing down what floor they were on.

After that, they went to the rest of the floors and picked rooms. Hakate, a boy with light blue skin and hair, Foster, a blonde boy with western features, Akira Heiwajima, a twin with black and white chunks of hair and bright green eyes, Yumiko Heiwajima, a twin with white and black chunks of hair and bright green eyes, and Katanabe, a girl with pink hair and yellow bangs covered in hair clips, were all on the third floor.

On the fourth floor was Ueshima, a tall boy with dull green hair, Shima, Ikishida, a boy with dark skin and silver dreadlocks, Tamakawa, and Yukkuri, a girl with blue hair that touched the floor and glasses.

On the fifth floor was Tenma, a boy with white hair and wings, Takamura, Motomiya, Enjou, a muscular boy with cyan bangs, Aozaki, and Kurisu, a girl with green skin and black hair. With that, everyone had picked their rooms and were ready to move in.

Motomiya stared into his blank room. It was so much bigger than his old room but lacked any kind of personality. Unlike everyone else, he didn't have any real furniture that belonged to him. All he had in the room was a futon, his empty backpack, and a pair of pants and a sweatshirt hanging in a closet. Besides the emptiness, it was so much better than his past living situation. In his eyes, it was perfect.
