The next morning after Fadeela's birthday. Mahreen sat in the therapist's office,her heart heavy with memories of a love that had shattered her. As she spoke,her voice trembled;

"I thought he was the one,we had plans,dreams...but it all fell apart. And to make things worse ,my parents were ready to marry me off to someone else, someone I don't even know" tears welled up in her eyes as she looked around the room,seeking her comfort from the others present.

Asad,who had been quietly listening leaned forward. "Mahreen,it's okay to feel this way,you're not alone in this,we've all been through tough times,and we're here for you." The warmth of his words wrapped around her like a blanket,easing her pain just a little.

When the session ended,Mahreen's brother,Ahmad called to say he couldn't pick her up. Just as she was about to feel lost again, Asad stepped in.

I can take you home,Mahreen it's not trouble at all. She hesitated unsure if she wanted to be alone with him after sharing her vulnerabilities,but the sincerity on his eyes made her reconsider.

After a moment, she nodded ,feeling a flicker of hope. As they left the therapist's office, they walked to where his latest model of the Ranger Rover Sport SV Edition Two was parked, and he opened the door for her. She gave him a thankful smile as she slipped in, awed by the car's interior. Mahreen is  a car freak!!!

"Let's pick up Fadeela first, then I'll take you both to school" he said wearing his seat belt.

Asad picked up Fadeela from the spa and drove them to school,and Mahreen felt a strange mix of anxiety and comfort. She was grateful for the support of him, especially as they approached the familiar building of Nile university.

Asad parked the car,and Fadeela stepped out,the crisp air filling her lungs. Mahreen sincerely thanked Asad while ducking her head low and stepping outside as well and he zoomed off not after giving her a reassuring nod.

"Mahreen I was starting to worry,you seemed so down! "Fadeela exclaimed,rushing over to give her a warm hug. Mahreen felt a wave of comfort wash over her, the presence of her friend grounding her in that moment.

As they walked together towards their lecture hall,Mahreen couldn't shake off the heaviness in her heart. "I had a rough day," she admitted softly.

Fadeela looked concerned. Do you want to talk about it? I'm here for you".

Mahreen hesitated, unsure of how much to share. But the support from both Asad and Fadeela made her feel safe. "Maybe later", she replied,offering a small smile.

Fadeela chimed in, "whatever you need,I've got your back,Mahreen . You're not alone in this. "Her words were a balm to her wounded heart.

As they settled into their seats for the lecture. Mahreen felt a flicker of hope, with a friend like Fadeela by her side,maybe she could find a way to heal and move forward,one step at a time.

As the lecture began ,Mahreen tried to focus on the professor's words, but her mind kept wandering to her earlier conversation and the weight of her emotions. She glanced at Fadeela, who was whispering funny comments about the lecture to lighten the mood.

During a lecture break, Fadeela turned to Mahreen with a concerned look. "You know you can talk to me about anything ,right? Here to support you."

Mahreen Nodded, appreciating her friend's concern. "I know,it's just...everything feels so overwhelming right now. I thought I was ready to move on but it's harder than I expected."
