The day unfolds with Mahreen spending the night in deep prayer, seeking guidance from Allah for this profound journey she was about to embark on. As she knelt on her prayer mat, the soft glow of the moonlight filtering through her window created a serene atmosphere. Each whispered prayer felt like a release, allowing her to unburden her heart and soul. With each passing moment, she felt a sense of clarity and hope washing over her, as if Allah was reassuring her that everything would work out for the best.

Dawn broke with a gentle light, and Mahreen awoke with a light heart, feeling rejuvenated and ready to face the day. Determined to take a step forward, she decided to text Asad, letting him know she was willing to give him a chance. With a playful spirit, she declared that she would give him ten days to make her fall for him, a challenge that sparked both excitement and nervousness within her. It was a bold move, but deep down, she felt a flicker of hope that perhaps this could lead to something beautiful.

Asad, on the other hand, was over the moon upon receiving her message. His heart raced with excitement, and he could hardly contain his joy. He immediately sent her a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers, each bloom vibrant and full of life, accompanied by a makeup gift set. He remembered how Fadeela had mentioned Mahreen's obsession with makeup, despite her confessing that she didn't know much about it. It was amusing to think that she had been watching tutorials on YouTube for nearly two years, trying to master the art of makeup, yet still felt like a novice. Asad appreciated her dedication and wanted to encourage her to embrace her beauty.

When the delivery rider called to inform her that he had a package for her, Mahreen's heart raced with anticipation. She hurriedly opened the door, and as she unwrapped the package, she was greeted by the sight of vibrant flowers and a heartfelt note. The note read, "Thank you so much for giving us a chance. Insha Allah, we will work out, and you won't regret this. Please dress up so that we can go out for a date later in the evening. I've already informed Ahmad, and he will let Umma know." The words filled her with warmth, and she couldn't help but smile at the thought of their upcoming date.

With the day ahead of her, Mahreen felt a wave of excitement wash over her. She knew how long it usually took her to get ready, so she decided to start preparing early. After a refreshing bath that lasted about fifteen minutes, she stood in front of her wardrobe, contemplating on what to wear. The anticipation of the evening made her heart flutter. After a few moments of deliberation, she finally settled on a stunning red ruffle fitted dress she had ordered from thawb.ng. The dress was perfect, it didn't hug her body too tightly but beautifully accentuated her petite pear figure, making her feel confident and elegant.

As she applied kohl to her eyes, enhancing their natural beauty, and a bold red lipstick to her lips, she felt a surge of confidence. Gathering her hair into a low ponytail, she added a matching veil, completing her elegant look with a spritz of her favorite perfume. The scent enveloped her like a warm embrace, adding to the excitement of the evening. Before heading out, she made her way to the mirror near the staircase to capture the moment. There was no way she would dress up without taking a few pictures, especially since it had taken her quite some time to achieve this beautiful look. Each click of the camera was a reminder of her journey and growth, a celebration of her newfound courage.

Just as she was about to snap a selfie, her phone buzzed with a message from Asad, letting her know he was outside. Her heart raced with anticipation as she quickly slipped into her Zara flat half-cover shoes, excitement bubbling within her. Today was the beginning of something new, and she was ready to embrace whatever it brought. With a deep breath, she opened the door, stepping into the world with a sense of hope and a heart full of possibilities.

She then went outside and saw Asad's car parked, with him leaning casually against it. She gave him a longing gaze, one she had never dared to give before because she was always too shy to look up at him during their previous encounters. She checked him out for almost four minutes. Asad was tall and masculine, with arms and a chest that made her heart race, the kind of arms you'd want to hold onto forever, making you feel secure. Honestly, Asad was a 1000/10 when it came to looks, no man came close. His well-trimmed beard and mustache almost covered his upper lip, and his round eyes paired perfectly with his pointed nose. He wore a fitted black shirt that showed his Abs and black chinos. "I think black on this man is going to be my favorite sight from now on," Mahreen thought to herself.

Asad called her name, and she ducked her head low, feeling shy that he had caught her checking him out. "Good evening, Asad," she greeted.

"Evening, Mahreen. Like what you see?" he said teasingly.

She blushed and replied, "Abeg, what did I see? Don't think you're all that."

"Oh really? Well, you look breathtaking, Mahreen. I feel like marrying you right away just to take you home and keep you all to myself so that no one else can see you," Asad complimented her.

"Asad, you flatter me," Mahreen said, flustered.

"Let's get going," Asad said as he walked around to the passenger seat of his Tesla Cybertruck and opened the door for her.

"Asad, this car is so sexy! Just give it to me right now!" Mahreen cooed.

"Mahreen, you like cars more than I do at this point," Asad replied with a chuckle.

"No, I'm obsessed with cars! I love, love cars!" Mahreen exclaimed, almost jumping with excitement.

He closed the door and went around to the driver's seat. As he settled in, his scent filled her nostrils, making Mahreen hum softly and let out a silent breath. Asad turned on "Unforgettable" by French Montana, continuing to drive with one hand on the steering wheel and the other resting on his lap. Then came the part where Mahreen was obsessed:

"And you are unforgettable
I need to get you alone
Ooh, why not?
A fuckin' good time, never hurt nobody
I got a little drink but it's not Bacardi
If you loved the girl then I'm so, so sorry
I got to give it to her like we in a marriage
Ooh, like we in a hurry
No, no I won't tell nobody
You're on your level too
Tryna do what lovers do."

She sang it in a low tone, and to say Asad wasn't in love with her voice at that moment would be an absolute travesty. Was it the woman singing by his side, or was it just her voice? He wasn't sure, but he knew he'd find out later.

They reached the newly launched restaurant in Abuja ISTANBUL RESTAURANT/CAFE, a place Mahreen had no clue about, perks of being an introvert.

Asad had already reserved a table for them, hoping to surprise her with something special. Ahmad and Fadeela were already there, waiting to come out from their hiding spot once Asad made the proposal to cheer up the duo, considering they had both been through a long, rough phase in their lives. They sat down at the reserved table and placed their orders, which arrived in less than fifteen minutes.

"So, Mahreen..." he started, and she looked up from her food. Not being much of a foodie, she had been playing with it. "Why haven't you been eating?" he asked, concerned. "I'm just anxious, I don't even know," She said, fidgeting with her fingers, the habit she does whenever she's anxious.

"Please make yourself comfortable, and if there's anything bothering you, please let me know if I can help,' he said. 'Thank you, Asad," she replied, smiling.

'Always, Mahr.' He found himself calling her with another name .

The waiters then came with a plate of cake that had 'Will you complete half of my deen?' boldly written on it. Fadeela and Ahmad emerged from their hiding place and started cheering her up along with the waitress.

'Yes! Yes! Yes!' she whispered.

"Ya Ahmad, Fadeela, you guys are part of the planners, I'm sure," she said, and they congratulated her in chorus and cheers

Asad quickly stood up, went to her place, and handed her the flower bouquet he had asked them to keep under the table. Mahreen loved how this man gives flowers, she was obsessed with them, just like all girls are. The bouquet contained a box with a ring inside, and Mahreen quickly opened it to reveal a shiny small claw diamond ring. She let out a loud sigh and slipped the ring onto her tiny finger. She'll never keep her hands down from today onwards. She thought and laughed.

" Thank you so much fiancé, Umma can't wait for tomorrow already, she told me you've informed her about your elders coming".

"I cant wait either" he said admiring his new found strength and love.

The night went by quickly, and they all decided to head home with hearty and sweet smiles.
