I left Aoife with Julian and her friend Marianna at her house. Tsk. What fucking wrong with her? How could she say those things to me?

Does she know how much I suffered when she left? Does she know what I need to go through just to find them? Does she even have interest to know what I felt when I heard my daughter went missing?. Does she think that I am a heartless father who can't even look at his child?

"Fuck!" I exclaimed kasabay ng paghampas ko sa manibela.

What does she even think of me? Does she even fucking care of my god-damned feelings lingering for her?

I know that I just realized that I need her, I want her, and I love her when she's gone. I knew it when it's already late but, I come fucking find them to get it straight. Though I found them, I can't even go near them, however, I'm happy. Now that I can go near them, she despises me and accuses me of being the reason why our daughter has been kidnapped.

I felt my heart tearing little by little. It's aching. Ah! Fuck! Why is my fate so cruel?

First, I gave my all to the person who is after my wealth and family name. Then, because of that, I hurt the woman who's ready to be by my side. I broke her, I caused her pain because of that trauma. I just realized that I'm not just helpless but also useless.

I failed to protect the woman I needed and the family she brought to me. I let myself get lost in track. I even let my true self be forgotten.

Tsk.

As soon as I stepped on the edifice, I bumped into Azi. She's busy on her cellphone. She just threw me a death glare when her character in her game died and went on her way out.

What's with her?

Napansin ko naman si Eres sa di kalayuan habang naka-ngisi. Nandito din pala sya sa Althel, kaya siguro mukhang badtrip sa Azi dahil napagtripan.

"Anong nangyari kay Azi?" tanong ko sa lalaki habang papalapit.

"Ah wala." He shrugged. "I borrowed her account and luckily, I was defeated multiple times so Azi needs to rank up. You know, the end season is approaching."

"Luckily? You mean, you intended to let her account get a low rank in the first place?" I asked him for clarification. He just smiled.

Ah, what the fuck this kid.

"RIP." I tapped his shoulders and went to the pool side.

I really like the ambiance of the pool side here in Althel. When I need to calm down, I always visit here.

I need to sort out everything from the start and fix it where it started.

"About Dawn, do you have any leads already?" napunta ang atensyon ko sa lalaking kakadating lang. Kung kanina ay masaya ito at may mga mapaglarong ngiti na nakaukit sa mukha, ngayon ay seryoso na ito.

He offered me a can of soda, I accepted it and he went to the nearest bench to sit. I took a sip from the can he gave and let out a deep sigh.

"Nothing, not yet." I muttered. Enough for both of us to hear.

"Azi told me that she is the one who gave you the address, the day after the banquet happened. How did you not even see the kidnapping?" He looked at me with judging eyes.

I know that he's disappointed. I can't blame him. He does nothing but to help my daughter and wife when I left them and after they left me. I can't hold a grudge against him even though Aoife let Eres stay and pushed me aside because it's all my fault in the first place.
