Location -The Kindom of Aeloria Season- Winter Time of day- morning
-Elunara POV-
It was early and stormed that palace halls looking for my brother Prince Thalion, I was pissed Liora didn't tell me verbally that someone threatened her but I could tell by how quiet she went that, that was the case.
She also never said it was Thalion but she didn't have to, I know my brothers better then anyone. after our conversation in the throne room when he suggested I kill her I made it clear to him that, that will never be an option, Thalion has a protector sort of knight in shiny armor complex he would do anything if he believed that he was protecting, the crown, the people or even me.
Stomped down the stairs ignoring the servants looks of concern as I passed by and they bowed to me, after looking everywhere I spotted him in the training grounds outside, I immediately stormed outside walking towards two guards sparing, when they seen me they both stopped to bow, I snatched one of their swords from them as I kept my pace towards Thalion, he didn't seem to notice me but his sparing partner in which was Kaisen the captain of my personal guard did.
"Your majesty-" said kaisen with a bow

I ignored Kaisen my eyes trained on Thalion I held the sword up before swinging it at Thalion, he turned around and blocked it with his own.
"Well good morning to you too sist-" he said but was cut off by me going low and sweeping his leg with my foot causing him to fall to the ground flat on his back, I then quickly stood up just as he was about to try and get up, i pointed my sword at his neck as I stood over him.
Kaisen looked shocked and confused, my brother smirked and held his hands up in surrender.
My expression was cold as I looked down at him, he didn't seem surprised at all about me pointing a sword at him which told me he knew exactly what this was about, "you went into mine and my wife bed chambers behind my back and threatened her?!" I shouted the pointy tip of the sword now touching his throat, his Adams apple moved as he swallowed hard.
"Calm down sis let me explain" he said, "I don't want to hear your damn explanation, I told you no, what the hell did you think you were going to do kill her and flee?" I said "if necessary yes" he said I pointed the sword closer to his neck now drawing blood "Ok look you have nothing to worry about now I know she isn't human" he said saying that last part so that only I could hear him, my eyes went wide "How did you-?" I asked he smirked "Your talking to the one and only owner of the Phoenix all seeing eyes, you know I can see things others usually cannot"

"Her aura not to mention the flow of power inside her, her aura grows little by little" he added "power?" I repeated "Yeah, I'm guessing you didn't see that far huh, I believe that whatever magical potential she has was being suppressed but when she got to our lands whatever it was that was doing that started to weaken, she's powerful and honestly the real reason I backed down was because I didn't see myself surviving if I attacked her" he said "what are you saying?" I asked
This was the first time I have ever heard my brother say he would've failed, "That power is wrapping around her body like a snake trying to suffocate its prey......it's alive and it's protecting her even though it's not at full power and she's unaware and not in control it's still stronger then me" he said I removed the sword from his throat and he sat up as I thought about everything he just said.
Who is she really?, "You've gotten yourself a golden egg dear sister" said Thalion rubbing and wiping at the blood on his neck.
I looked down at him, "Pull a stunt like that again and I'll have you caged like a damn animal" I said he looked up at me and smiled "Well it beats being killed" he said I glared down at him "I'm not playing" I said his playful expression changed when he saw that I was really serious.
He looked down and nodded, I threw the sword to the ground and looked up at Kaisen, "Kaisen" I called out he immediately went into soldier mode "Yes your majesty?" He asked "Keep in eye on him where he goes you go and if he steps foot near my wife again you tell me" I ordered Kaisen he nodded in understanding.
"Oh come on is that necessary?" Asked Thalion, "Very" I replied "I already told you I'm not going to hurt her" he said "then just think of this as a safety measure you know just in case, you went behind my back once who's to say you won't do it again" I said as I turned around and walked off making my way out of the training grounds and back into the palace, as I was walking in I spotted Amano and Vaelith walking on each side of Liora.
They were next on my list of people to punish, they should've been there how did he even get into threaten Liora.
I stood there in front of them, Liora stopped looking at me confused, "Hey what's-" she said but was cut off by me looking directly at Amano and Vaelith, "My wife was threatened in her own bedroom last night? Where the hell were her two personal guards?" I asked trying to give them a chance to explain themselves before I have them stripped of their duties and thrown in a cell.
"Your majesty we were-" Vaelith was about to say something but was cut off by Liora stepping in front of them, "Don't blame them I told them they could leave me and rest for the night I knew you'd be coming so I thought I wouldn't need them" she said.
Vaelith looked shocked and Amano was a little caught off guard as well.
My expression softened a bit when I heard her basically say she feels safe with me.
I glared up at my cousins, "it would be in your best interest to never let anything like that happen again, I believe in second chances but I do not give thirds" they both bowed "We understand your majesty" said Amano I sighed and looked down at Liora.
"Are you hungry? Have you had breakfast yet?" I asked, "No I was on my way to do so" she said "Then why don't we eat together I'm not busy today so I want to spend my time with you" I said.
