Princess Daisy leaned in, her grin full of mischief. "Hey, Magikoopa," she said, waving him over conspiratorially. "I've got this idea. I want to surprise Peach by dressing up in a kitty cat costume... and, you know, show off a little."
Magikoopa adjusted his glasses, his eyes widening behind the thick frames. "M-Mwahehe, well, Princess Daisy, I'm afraid I might not be of much assistance there." He coughed, hiding his fluster. "But I can assure you, Princess Peach will probably... uh... appreciate the gesture?"
"Oh, she better!" Daisy said, a twinkle in her eye. "It's time Peach sees the playful side of Princess Daisy, claws and all." She flicked her imaginary tail, turning as if to practice her pose.
With a chuckle, she gave Magikoopa a wink. "Maybe a little transformation magic could spice things up?"
Princess Daisy's cheeks turned rosy as she held up the cat bell whistle power-up, her fingers brushing over it with an excited, slightly embarrassed grin.
"But I can do it with just this," she said, her voice a little breathless as she looked at the shiny, bell-shaped power-up in her hand. She gave it a shake, and the little jingle echoed around them, making her giggle as she imagined herself in full kitty mode.
"Ohhh, Peach isn't even ready for this," she murmured, her blush deepening as she thought about the outfit. "Do you think she'll like it, Magikoopa? I mean, I'm going all out here."
Magikoopa's face flushed as well, but he straightened up, giving her a supportive nod. "I'm sure she'll find it... memorable! Perhaps even... enchanting!"
Daisy took a deep breath, then held the bell up high. "Alright! Here goes nothing!" With a flash, her costume appeared—adorably cat-like, with a tail that flicked behind her and soft little paw mittens.
She turned, tail swishing playfully. "Okay, Peach, wait 'til you see this side of Princess Daisy!"
Peach's cheeks were nearly as pink as her dress as she squirmed, adjusting herself in her seat with a shy, almost guilty smile. Toadette tilted her head, her usual bubbly curiosity bubbling over.
"What's wrong, Peach? Why so flustered?" Toadette asked, inching closer with a playful grin. "Did something happen?"
Peach let out a little sigh, her blush intensifying. "Oh, Toadette," she murmured, barely able to keep from giggling. "I bet no one understands just how good it feels on my... my bummiecrack!" She covered her mouth with a gloved hand, laughing and blushing harder at her own confession.
Toadette blinked in surprise, her eyes wide with curiosity before she broke into a fit of giggles. "Peach! I didn't think you'd be the type to say that! But now I need to know—what on earth feels so good?" she teased, giving Peach a playful nudge.
Peach laughed and leaned in conspiratorially. "Oh, it's just this new cushion I got! So soft, it's like sitting on a little cloud."
Princess Daisy burst into the room, her kitty costume still on, ready to show off her playful side. But as she overheard Peach and Toadette's giggles and caught a few words about "soft cushions," a little pang of self-consciousness crept in.
She hesitated, glancing down at herself. Sure, she wasn't exactly, well... curvy, and her cheeks flushed as she wondered if maybe her flat chest and her... let's say, "compact" butt weren't as impressive as she'd hoped. What if Peach wanted something softer, like those plush cushions?
Taking a deep breath, Daisy tried to shake off the doubt, but her usual confidence felt a little wobbly. "Hey, Peach... Toadette," she said, trying to sound as playful as ever. "I, uh... thought I'd surprise you with this kitty costume, but, um... you're not too busy with those cushions, are you?"
