Zane was still unconscious by the time I woke up. Bird and Zotz were standing over him with sharpies in their hands. Zane had a really goofy looking mustache on his face. Both of them were snickering a lot and pointing at Zane. I marched into the room and snatched the markers out of their hands, shocking them.

"What did he do to you!?" I demanded. Zane was unconscious and helpless. How could they do that to him? He helped set them free and risked their life for them and this is how they treat him!?

"Relax Percy it's just a joke," Bird put his hands up in surrender and then dashed out of the room. Zotz soon followed him out after sticking his tongue out at Zane like a child. I was definitely going to ask Annabeth why she left them all alone with each other when she knew they might try to do something to Zane. Zane sat up and rubbed his head.

"How long was I out for?" He asked while rubbing his eyes.

"Long enough for Bird and Zotz to draw with sharpies on you. I don't even understand why they would do that to you" I told Zane as he pushed away the covers, I saw they had written things on one of his legs. Mc limpster, Sir limps a lot, Son of nobody and enemy to the gods. Zanes' eyes went wide with shock as he read them. He angrily rolled down his pants sleeve, took his cane and walked out of the room. He was out for revenge or blood. Hopefully none since I didn't want to try him for murder. Bird and Zotz were eating breakfast in the dining area. Everyone was laughing at something they had said. Zane just stood menacingly behind them.

"That's all you could come up with. Pathetic," Zane told them "I may be the 'son of nobody' but at least my family members are not missing and dead." Once he finished saying that, he grabbed a piece of toast and left the room.

"Wait for me Zane! SPILL THE TEA!" Leo exclaimed as he took off after Zane.

"What did you do," Annabeth asked Bird and Zotz with a stern look on her face.

"Nothing, I have no idea what he's talking about." Bird lied with a straight face.

"I know what they did. They wrote mean stuff on one of Zane's legs like how there were words written all over them." I answered Annabeth's question. She got up and grabbed them by their hair.

"You have no right to treat somebody that way just because you were treated that way. As punishment you two will take over all of the worst chores." She must've scared them really badly because the minute she let go of them they shook their heads fast to symbolize they understood. I decided I would eat my breakfast with Zane and Leo. I walked onto the deck to find Zane lying on the edge of the railing. He probably told Leo what he wanted to hear, Leo was nowhere in sight. Zane was slowly falling off.

"Zane!" The wind was more fierce now for no reason. There were no Venti around us and Jason was downstairs. The winds flipped Zane onto the deck and died down really fast. Zane was still asleep except somehow he had a blanket on. Definitely wasn't going to tell Annabeth about that. That would only make her more suspicious of Zane. It was a white fluffy blanket that was very big. It covered Zane and still had a lot of excess blanket around him. I dashed downstairs to find whoever owned the blanket. But when I asked around, nobody had a blanket like that. That made Zane seem more suspicious. But I wasn't going to let my friend be interrogated. When I went back on deck, I saw Bird and Zotz with the craziest hair colors. Bird was pink and Zotz was orange and they looked horrible with them.

"Really hair DYE IN SHAMPOO!? That's literally the oldest trick in the book!" Bird shouted angrily.

"We know it's old because I was there when it first happened!" Zotz followed up.

"This is better than the tea at camp! You sure we can't keep Zane?" Leo asked but I didn't respond. I knew who the culprit was obviously because who else would put dye in their shampoo? Zane. He was definitely dead meat if they found him. Zane suddenly appeared next to me soaking wet in his clothes.

"Water bucket over a door? Really? You know you also damaged some of Percy's belongings right?" Zane walked over to them and they started to fight. It was epic. A god and a demigod versus a human, and Zane held his ground well. He actually landed way more hits on them than they could on him. Reyna and Annabeth showed up next to me out of nowhere.

"PERCY ARE YOU SERIOUSLY ALLOWING THIS!? ZANE IS GOING TO DIE!" Annabeth shouted at me before rushing to break them up. Reyna followed her lead and pretty soon they were separated. Will actually checked out Zane first since he is more likely to die, over the demigod and god. Thankfully Zane was alright but I can't say the same for Bird and Batman.(Happy Zane?)(Yes very.)
