I'll write you poetry
Shh, stay quietWhen no one's looking at you as
the moon shines bright
Under the dim starlight
As you smile and tell me your storyWhen you laugh at the jokes
That only you get
Your melodious laughter ringing
Heartily
I'll be writing you some poetry.I am afraid I can't do
anything for you
But my heart, it's already yours
My soul, it'll rest in peace beside yours
All I want in this lifetime
Is to write you some pretty poetry
SecretlyAnd keep those secrets only to me
That you share with me
Apart from some poetrySoon enough.
I'll be writing you poetry
Shh, stay quiet.
