I slow down as I reach an old apartment building. I look at my watch and see that I've been running for a good three hours. "I must be a good fifty miles away from that orphanage," I mumble to myself.

I walk inside since the sun is starting to set and I doubt I'm gonna find another place to stay for a good few miles.

I find a large closet and lay my sleeping bag out in there. Once I do, I get inside it, take out a book, and read for a few minutes.

I'm awakened by loud music playing, so I guess I must have fallen asleep. I get up and open the door and see tons of teenagers around my age partying.

I quickly grab my things and walk out of the closet toward the exit but I am grabbed by someone.

The guy asks me where some girl named Tasha is, and I can tell this guy had a little to much to drink so I point in a random direction and back away.
The guy nods at me and goes back to his partying.

I slowly exit the building with all my stuff and race down the road until I can't hear the party music anymore.

"Well that was some party," I say to myself as I look back in the direction I came. I begin to walk down the road again, wishing I had my friends with me.

I walk off towards the sky knowing I won't see them for a long time.
