AUTHOR POV:

Sunday afternoon, Advik returned home after his hospital stay, but he was visibly upset with his father and ignored him. Meanwhile, Rajveer, Siya, Raha, and Rajveer's parents returned from their relaxing weekend at the farmhouse. Rajveer invited his parents to stay with them for a few days, which his mother happily agreed to, as she was eager to help him grow closer to Siya.

That evening, they all shared a lovely family dinner together before heading off to bed. The next morning, everyone got ready for their day. Rajveer's mother made breakfast, and they all enjoyed the meal while Raha excitedly talked to her grandparents about how her mommy styled her hair each day.

When it was time to drop Raha off at school, Rajveer checked in with her teacher to confirm if Advik's parents were informed about the incident last week. The teacher replied affirmatively, saying that Advik's father was waiting for them in the principal's office. As Rajveer and Siya entered the office, Aryan began to speak condescendingly to Siya.

"How can you go and pretend to be someone's mother so quickly?" Aryan sneered. "I know you're doing this to make me jealous, but I won't take you back so easily. But, I might consider it if you beg me and Advik."

Rajveer, furious at Aryan's disrespect, cut in. "We're here because your son needs to apologize for what he said to my daughter."

Aryan scoffed. "Why should he apologize? After all, he only told the truth. If we forgive her, she'll leave you and your daughter and come running back."

Siya's temper flared, and she slapped Aryan hard enough to leave a mark on his cheek. "I will never come back to you, not even if you were the last man on Earth. And one day, when the truth finally comes out, you'll be the one begging for my forgiveness."

Rajveer stepped in firmly. "Your son will apologize to my daughter-in front of the entire class. Do you understand me?"

Realizing he couldn't afford to upset Rajveer, Aryan reluctantly agreed and led Advik into the classroom. Standing in front of everyone, Aryan asked Advik to apologize to Raha. At first, Advik refused and complained, "Why does she get to call my mom her mommy? Why is her photo on Raha's family tree?"

Siya spoke up, "Mr. Chaudhari, please control your son and teach him that it's not okay to call other classmates' mothers his own." Eventually, Aryan forced Advik to apologize to Raha, though Advik was clearly bitter about it.

Raha, happy and comforted, hugged Siya tightly and kissed her cheek. Rajveer and Siya left for work after dropping Raha off.

At the office, they were both busy until lunch when they shared a homemade meal prepared by Rajveer's mother. Later, Siya offered to make coffee and headed to the kitchen area, where a young man named Shiv greeted her.

"Hi, I'm Shiv," he said with a smile. "I don't think I've seen you here before. New here?"

Siya nodded politely. "Yes, I just joined last week."

Shiv, a bit too forward, asked, "Well, would you like to grab a coffee with me after work?"

Rajveer, who'd been nearby and overheard the conversation, stepped in. "Mr. Shiv, I hope I'm paying you to work, not to flirt with your colleagues."

Flustered, Shiv quickly apologized and left. Rajveer took Siya's coffee, grabbed her hand, and led her to his office, where he silently continued working. Siya assumed he was focused on his tasks and continued with her own work, unaware of Rajveer's thoughts. He couldn't shake the feeling that he needed to confess his feelings before someone else captured her interest.

As the day wound down, Siya left to pick up Raha alone, as Rajveer was tied up with some work. After they returned home, Siya helped Raha with her homework and spent some quality time with Rajveer's parents. Observing how caring Siya was with Raha, Rajveer's mother couldn't help but hope that Siya might someday officially become part of their family.

Later, Siya received a call from the school, and the voice on the other end assumed she was Advik's mother, asking her to pick him up. Siya clarified, "I'm not Advik's mother-I'm Raha's mother." Hearing this, Advik, who was waiting at school, became upset. His new stepmother, Jennifer, had forgotten to pick him up and left him feeling neglected.

Meanwhile, Rajveer decided to call his best friend, who was currently abroad, and confided in him about his feelings for Siya. His friend was thrilled, exclaiming, "I can't believe it! Rajveer in love! Let me be your love guru and help you plan the perfect confession!"

Rajveer, amused but serious, listened to his friend's ideas. But as he thought it over, he realized they were all too flashy for Siya's taste. "I'll have to come up with something simpler and more genuine," he thought to himself, determined to find the perfect way to let Siya know how he felt.

With a mixture of excitement and nervousness, Rajveer knew he needed to plan carefully. For Siya and Raha, he was willing to take his time and make sure his love was clear, honest, and true.
