My father nears the end of the road and turns once more. We are currently in a rental car just until dad gets a job and enough money for our own. As for the house well that's what we are trying to locate. We brought it last month when we had sold our old one.

Our adress is 7 Kingsley street. Sound quite prentious if you ask me. I long to be back on Oak road, house number three. I sighed just thinking about our old place.

My dad turns once more and into a drive way. This must be our house. It's two story and and blue. It has a white wrap around porch and dark brown coloured steps.  An identical house stands next door, the garden boasting a collection of brightly coloured flowers.  Parking the car my dad tuned once again to face us.

"What do you say girls? Want to check out our new home?" Billie  nods eagerly beside me and I climb out the car in one swift movement.

Can't believe I'm thinking this, but maybe this house wont be that bad.

My dad grabs his bag and our suitcases from the boot. Our furniture had already been delivered and the house design people came and put it all in order. All that was left was our clothes and kitchen things.

We walk up the porch treading carefully as it's still raining even though we are in another state. My father places the key in the key hole and looks at us wiggling his eyebrows.

"Ah, the suspense is killing me," I say sarcastically.

He laughs and turns the key we all push the door open and run inside. The house is warm, clean and welcoming just as any house should be.

The first floor consists of a family area, lounge room, bathroom, laundrey and kitchen. Upstaires is our bedrooms.

Billie ran up the stairs, I followed her. Billie and my rooms are across the hall from each other. My room has a balconey and an extra large wardrobe, I had to fight Billie for it.

My walls are painted a faint mint green and my double bed stands against the wall and under a window. My dresser is opposite and two bed side tables sit either side my bed. The wardrobe is fitted with draws and shelves and is covered by a door with a misted window design.

Tori would be so jellie!

I looked into the hallway and into Billie's room where she was already rearranging the furniture to suit her style. Her walls were a faint pink.

I walk towards the end of my room and open the balcony doors. I look  look out at the heavy rain and large  back yard. I love the smell of rain. I decided I would find a nice chair to sit out here and read.

"Haha I know right," Flynn laughs. Jay high fives him and they pass around another lot of beers. This is how most weekends end. I'm sitting in my room with my two best mates drinking beer and watching Americas next top model.

Before you judge it's the only thing on plus it gets quite intense and competitive. Also the girls are nice to look at.

Absent-mindedly I stare out the window and spot action next door int he house that had been vacant for two years.

"Hey!" I shout to the guys, they look up. "I have new neighbors!" I stare out again and watch as a man and two girls climb out the car. One of the girls looks around our age the other younger by a year maybe?

Flynn and Jay rush over to the window and stare out as well.

"Oh, would you look at that you've got a girl!" Jay sneers. Flynn lets out a wolf whistle as they continue to watch. You can't see her face as the window is streaked with droplets but her figure is hot. Long legs, dirty blonde hair.

"Aw lucky," Flynn complained. His neighbors consisted of grumpy old people. We watched them walk in and disappear. Moments later a single silhouette walked into the room opposite my window. Looking harder I found it was in fact the girl I was looking at. Score.

"Wow, across from your room? Now I'm even more jealous!" Flynn complained again.

I watch on as the silhouette opens the connecting balcony and look out. Feeling confident I walk over to my own balcony doors and open them.

"Dude what are you doing?" Jay asks me. He follows suit and stares out Into the pouring rain at the girl. Luckily she dosent spot us and it's not long before she closes the doors and is inside again. Doing the same we huddle at the window again.

Looking out the window we don't notice my mum walk in and stand behind us. It's only after she speaks that we find out she's actually there. "New neighbors hey?" She asks making us all jump and Flynn to let a surprised yell. "Uh yeah" I say not looking up from my viewing point of which we can still see the girl. She walks back out of the room and I hear Jay sigh.

"You boys better stop looking or she'll think your spying on her!" My mother laughed from the hallway.

She has a point, smart ass stop checking her out!
