The week finishes and honestly thank god I swear if I had any more than 7 seconds in an another lesson I would have passed out, no exaggeration. I get home to find a call from mum and dad and a note from my brother saying he was just picking his mate up.
My mum and dad have been on a vacation for about 3weeks, I mean it's cool that they can trust us enough to do that but it doesn't stop us missing them. And Luke, my brothers best friend, also guitarist in the amazing band 5 seconds of summer, yeah he's good looking but I know he probably has amazingly hot girls all wanting to go out with him. most of those girls would love to be in my situation but really instead of feeling anyhting towards him i should only see him as the kid that used to run around our garden butt naked. When he was younger obviously or else that's just awkward. the band, they're a growing progress and the sneak peaks I've heard are just mind blowing. Right now they are becoming more and more popular here in Australia and on YouTube
As I fill up a drink of water a sudden explosion of laughter makes me scream and spill it all down my top, great. My brother makes eye contact and I give him the look, the famous look amongst sisters, the look that says run for your life because I'm coming for you. He lets out a high pitched scream before sprinting up the stairs, usually I would chase after him but after this week (and because I'm lazy af) I'm just too tired and decide that the look should do it for now. I forget about the drink and sit down on the couch turning the TV onto 'how I met your mother'. I suddenly remember Luke's presence when I feel a dip in the couch next to me.
If I'm being honest there's always been something about Luke, the way he smiles, the way he bites his lip when he's nervous and those blue eyes that are to die for, but I have to hide these feelings, what if my brother found out, I'd be in a coffin faster than you could say "penguins". But as he sits beside me I can't pay attention to the programme any more, all I can think about is him.
