Sheva's house
Roan WV.
May 4thAs the Impala rolled to a stop in front of Sheva's house, Dean felt a surge of excitement course through him. The familiar cozy exterior of her home brought a smile to his face, and he could hardly contain himself. He didn't even wait for Sam and Castiel to unbuckle their seatbelts before he threw open the door and charged toward the front door.
"Dean, wait!" Sam called after him, but Dean was already halfway to the door, his heart racing with anticipation.
He knocked on the door, practically bouncing on his heels as he waited. A moment later, the door swung open, and there was Sheva, her eyes lighting up at the sight of him. The warmth in her smile made everything else fade away. She had her hair tied up into the Celtic knot clip he had left for her. Even so, her hair still touched her butt.
"Adonis!" She exclaimed, her voice a melody that pulled him closer. Without a second thought, he stepped inside and wrapped her in a tight embrace, her belly protruding, and filling the gap.
"I missed you." He smiled , burying his face in her hair, inhaling the familiar scent of her shampoo mixed with the sweetness of honey.
"I missed you too." She replied softly, pulling back to look at him. Her gaze dropped momentarily to his hands resting on her waist, then back to his face, and Dean couldn't help but notice how pregnant she was.
Before he could say anything more, Sam and Castiel caught up, stepping inside behind him.
"Hey, Sheva." Sam greeted, offering a warm smile. "It's good to see you again."
"Hi, Sam! And... Castiel, right?" Sheva said, her gaze shifting to the angel.
Castiel nodded, stepping forward. "Yes. I know about you, Sheva. Your secret is safe with me."
Sheva raised an eyebrow, curiosity piqued. "You know about me?"
"I know Senoi and Lilith, too." Castiel continued, his voice steady. "And your father, Samael. He was always an ass and had his death coming to him. I'm sorry for the burden you've carried."
"Hello baby Dean." He got on his knee and pressed his head against her stomach"Cas I don't think.. Okayy ." Sam grit his teeth.
"Guess he doesn't like me." Castiel sauntered off to the couch.
Dean watched as Sheva's expression shifted, a mixture of surprise and relief washing over her face. What a weird dude.
"Dean cares for you deeply." Castiel added, glancing at Dean with a seriousness that made him squirm slightly. "That much is clear. You're the size of an elephant. When are you due?"
Dean cleared his throat, feeling a blush creeping up his neck.
"Cas." Dean shot him a look."Why don't we go to our room?" Sheva suggested, her voice softening as she looked up at him. I want to show you the nursery.
"Yeah, sounds good." He replied, his heart racing as he followed her down the hallway.
As they entered her room, Dean's breath caught in his throat. The space was filled with soft light, and there was a sense of warmth and comfort that enveloped him. But what really caught his attention was the sight of her—her big pregnant belly a tangible reminder of the intimacy that had brought them here.
He stepped closer, his hand instinctively resting on the curve of her belly. "Wow." He sighed, looking into her eyes. "You're really... pregnant."
She smiled, a mix of joy and vulnerability in her expression. "Yeah, it feels surreal sometimes, but I'm excited. And a little scared."
