"Woah, why is it so dark? Where's the light switch, Grian?" asks Mumbo, looking around.
Grian could tell exactly where the light switch was, along with where his fellow hermits were hiding, but decided to play along with Mumbo's blindness.
"Good question. Give me a minute?"
"Sure! I have another question... why was there no light that came in when we opened the door? It's still quite bright outside."
"I... I don't know," Grian said, farther away from Mumbo's voice. "My phone light isn't working either. It must be something redstone related."
"Ah."
After a couple moments, Grian "found" the light switch.
"Found it! Mumbo, brace yourself. This might be bright. I'm not sure how bright it'll be."
"Okay."
Grian turned on the light, and after Mumbo opened his eyes, Grian, and everybody else erupted.
"SURPRISE!!!"
WELCOME BACK YOU TWO!" said Zedaph, very enthusiastically.
"WOAH!!! You guys did all of this??? How long did it take???" asked Mumbo as he looked around the room.
"We did it in..." Gem said as she looked at Xisuma, "about 37 minutes."
"37 minutes? You guys are insane!" Mumbo exclaimed. "You guys are freaking amazing!"
"Thanks Mumbo!" said Jevin, Gem, and Impulse at the same time. They looked at each other and started laughing.
"Great minds think alike you guys!" called Impulse, still laughing.
Grian started looking at Scar.
"Hey, Grian, are you okay?" asked Scar, wheeling himself over to Grian's side.
"Yes. I'm looking at something."
"You're looking at me specifically. What's up?"
"Just checking out measurements for a gift."
"You don't have to..."
"No, I do. Please trust me. It'll make your life so much easier."
"Ooookay then?"
Actually....
"Actually, Scar, how'd you like to walk around for a little bit?"
Scar looked at him in astonishment. "I'd love to. When I was X's temporary admin for the bit he was gone, I was able to put in a temporary piece of code that would allow me to walk around. I miss it so much..."
"Here!"
Grian's eyes started glowing green and purple simultaneously, and he casted a spell on Scar. Scar almost immediately stood up, falling on Grian, hugging him.
"Thanks, Grian!"
"Of course! It's only a temporary spell, but it won't wear off for a couple days at least."
"It really doesn't matter to me on how long, but thank you!!! It'll feel so good to walk around again!"
"Of course, Scar! You are my best friend, along with Mumbo!"
Scar stopped hugging Grian and he went to go find Xisuma.
"Before you go, Scar," Grian called out to Scar, "mind if I take your wheelchair for a little bit?"
"GO FOR IT! I'M NOT GOING TO NEED IT FOR A BIT!" called Scar as he ran to Xisuma. Grian nodded, grabbed his friend's wheelchair, and went into a room.
"Mumbo, I'm going to be right back. I'm going to upgrade Scar's wheelchair for his own use. Let me know if you need anything!"
"Sounds good, Grian! I'll see you soon!"
Grian nodded and teleported out of the room with Scar's wheelchair.
"Here you go." Grian said, handing Scar's wheelchair off to some dwarf-like creatures.
"Thank you, sir."
"No, thank you. You guys are true troopers. This has got to take a while to do."
"Not too long, but it does require strength."
"That's my point. I got to go. Make it seem like I didn't come here."
"Yes, sir. It'll be done in a couple hours. I'll send a messenger when it's done."
"Thank you."
Grian teleported back to the same room, and he walked out into the party. At least Mumbo looked like he was having a good time. Not that he wasn't, but Mumbo's needs were above him at this moment.
