#20: Honey Bees

Sweetly tastes the honey clean,

Taken from the hive,

Tastes of flowers and things of green,

For that's why honey bees thrive.

From flower to flower, from tree to tree,

Flits the hard-working honey bee,

And sometimes I wonder, "What about me?"

"What if I were a honey bee?"

Author's note: I loved writing this poem. I hate that bees are declining so fast!! They are such amazing creatures, and so misunderstood!
