I find that I am lost inside,
Caught in internal struggle,
Find that I can't think or hide,
My thoughts and feelings a muddle.
Oh, when will this befuddlement cease to be?
Oh, when will my confusion end?
I dearly wish that I was free!
Please stop and let me mend!
