"Whir, Whir," says the spinning wheel,
"Thump, Thump," says the treadle,
"Whish, Whish," says the bobbin fast,
As they all work together.
"Spin, Spin," says the woman calm,
Sitting at the wheel,
"Spin my wool to fine, fine thread,"
As they all work together.
"Of course," says the whirring wheel,
"Why not," says the thumping treadle,
"Lets go," says the whishing bobbin fast,
As they all work together.
And so the woman sits and spins,
With all the parts together,
And turns fine wool to fine, fine thread,
As they all work together.
