While they are closed you feel oddly peaceful your whole body feels suspended like you weigh nothing and your face tingles "so this is it huh how I die?" You think to your self you no longer can move your arms or legs but your not scarred you know your with the love of your life and that's ok. "If this is how it ends at least I got to love someone with all my heart, god if your out there please take care of my boy he knows not how precious he truly is" with that last thought you go into a dream less slumber.
You open your eyes to see a pale looking Luda,a worried looking nubbins and a disheveled Tommy now wearing his mask that covers half his face. And a strange looking man with a flashlight on his head, he must be the doctor they were talking about. Your whole body aches laying on the hard mahogany table doesn't help the fact, and now most of the shock has worn off as you can FEEL your wound your skin burns as the "doctor " if you can call him that pours pure vodka on your chest.
"AAAaahHHHhh" you scream at the top of your lungs but it's more like an animalistic screech. Lisa holds your arms down as you try to sit up but your so panicked you wiggle out of arms. "Tommy hun come hold her down we don't want her to hurt herself further"
Tommy dose as told but before holding you down he instead climbs onto the wood table as well coming behind you and laying you against his chest as he stokes your head. This does help calm you a bit but that doesn't last long as the doctor takes out a needle and thread.
"NOoo!!" You yell petrified but you can't move as Tommy gently but firmly holds you down. Tears start running down your face as you gasp the closer the doctor gets before he can do anything Hoyt comes into the room holding a bottle of whisky.
"Damn it mama can't ya see she's terrified?" Hoyt questions
"Got no other choice doctor says she needs to be sewed up now" she says giving him a look of compassion
"Fine but as least give er some of this for tha pain"he slurs offering the whiskey, tommy looks at you then to mama she nods "if (y/n) wants some than it's fine" she says passing the bottle to you , Tommy releases your arms as you take the bottle taking a sip. It burns on the way down causing you to take a second than the warm feeling slowly bubbles up. You take another sip then chug a quarter of the bottle causing Hoyt to chuckle "strong little girl ain't cha" he smiles
You smile back handing him the bottle feeling your face get warm from the alcohol. Tommy gives your forehead head a kiss as he gently takes your arms again.
The doctor comes closer and presses the sewing needle to your wound pressing it in and out. Even with the liquor you turn your head into Tommy's bicep sobbing and biting down on his jacket he had on, as you feel every time the needle pushes in and out.
Finally the doctor finished up and wrapped your chest with bandages and handing Luda a healthy baggie filled with pills some red and some yellow.
Tommy hugs you cry carrying you to bed , and Luda brings a blanket for you to lay on the couch with since it hurts whenever your lover carries you so stairs are a no go.
As you sleep, tommy stays next to you on the floor not wanting to let you out of his sight it was to close of a call today and he wouldn't lose you not when your lives together just began. While you two are in the living room Luda Hoyt and nubbins get to cleaning up, Tommy had taken the girl that stabbed you down to the basement to be....lets just say chopped into dinner with the rest of her friends in the freezer while you were being examined by the doctor before you woke up.
Ludas job is the kitchen she scrubs the table that's the easy part now the walls that's a different story, she grabs a rag and some soap and wipes the walls trying to get off caked on blood from the past hours evens but it didn't budge easily. the boys take care of the outside of the house cleaning up and covering blood stains with dirt and fixing anything those assholes may have fucked up, luckily you had given hoyt enough time to get his gun back from one of the guys he'd been chasing before he came and took care of the girl for you.
This family really dose look after their own.
