I woke up to the sound of birds chirping outside. I was confused as to what time it was, as I felt like I had only slept for a few minutes. I wanted to continue sleeping, but the birds were so persistent it was like they wanted me up.
I rolled over underneath a thick blanket, not like my own at home.
I sighed and tried opening my eyes beyond the bright light that shone through a crack in the curtains, trying to figure out what day it is today.
I held up a hand to shield my eyes as I tried to make sense of my surroundings.
The rush of the night came playing in my mind as I recalled what I did just a few hours ago.
My heartbeat started to quicken and I set the exhaustion aside as questions raced through my head.
Did he actually sleep in the same bed as me?
Is he awake now?
How ugly will I look this morning?I slowly shift and look over my shoulder, only seeing white sheets. I start to sit up and still, only white sheets. Confused, I frown and fully sit up, figuring out that Craig wasn't asleep next to me.
Okay, what time is it.
I thought.I felt relief that he wouldn't see me like this, but also kinda sad because I was looking forward to seeing him without the guys around.
I look around the room and find his laptop open, along with a coffee from Starbucks with the name 'Craig' on it, in messy writing.
I flip the blankets off of me and drag my feet off the bed so they dangled on the edge. I let out a yawn and rubbed the sleep out of my eyes, as I arched my back in a deep stretch.
I smack my tongue on the roof of my mouth, adjusting to my after-yawn watery eyes. I push myself off the bed and step onto the rough carpet, walking over to the desk.
I wrap my hand around the coffee cup, it was still warm and pretty full, he must've just been here. But then where could he be? His laptop screen was black since it's been left for so long, indicating it's been more than five minutes since he left it.
Incase he was somewhere he could hear me, I tip-toed to the bathroom and quietly shut the door behind me, sighing as I walked to the sink.
I could see that I smudged my mascara under my eyes which made me look like a zombie, and my hair was a poofy mess.
I tried to tame my blonde locks best I could, before running my fingers under tap water and trying to get the mascara off. It was difficult to be gentle when it wouldn't come off, so I had to grab some nearby tissues to help.
I couldn't tell if I had dark circles under my eyes from the extravagant night, or from my makeup. But I'm guessing it's both.
I gripped both sides of the sink as I attempted to make sense of the past day.
Why me?
I asked myself. Why did he want me to sit on his lap, or go bowling with him, or even hang out with him? I'm honestly no different than any other MiniLadd fan that was a girl... Unless he did this to every girl he thought stood out.
I bit my lip and gave up.
What about all the other fans that are prettier than me, wanting attention and special treatment like I got? Then what?
I grunted, overwhelmed with emotions and questions that I didn't have answers to. I turned around and opened the bathroom door fiercely, ready to grab my phone and storm out of the hotel alone. That is....until I bumped into Mini on my storm out.
