Never let your guard down. Always be ready for any obstacle that comes your way...

I was so bored one lonely night. My brother and daddy were gone. My mom was asleep in her room. I decided to listen to music. Before putting my headphones in, there was a knock on the door.
"Here big head." It was Demarcus returning my brother's basketball.
"I ain't the one with a big head." I replied while throwing the ball at his head. I quickly grabbed it, closed the door and put my headphones in. I threw the ball in my brothers room and continued on into my room. I was listening to my song when I turned around and saw Demarcus standing in my doorway.
"AHHH!!" I jumped and screamed while taking my headphones out. "What the hell are you doing. You scared the crap out of me!!" Didn't I lock the door?? I thought to myself.
"My bad. I didn't mean to. You can sing." He laughed.
"Shut up. You need to go. What do you need." He started walking towards me and as an instinct I started backing up.
"Nothing. We can't just talk?" He questioned. I was starting to get nervous because he was inching closer to me.
"No. For real. You need to go." My dumb self backed up into a wall. While walking past him he pulled me back and pushed me against the wall. I was officially scared.
"Move Demarcus." I said as I unsucessfully pushed him off of me with him being alot bigger and taller than me. He was laughing.. Was this a joke?
"Don't be like that." At this point I was hitting and punching him in his arms and face.
"Get off of--" I was cut short when I felt his lips brush mine. I had enough. It was definitly not a joke. I kneed him him his groin area. He was in some serious pain on his knees.
"Why did you try and kiss me?!" I hissed.
"Girl I just wanted a kiss. Dang. You didn't have to go to the extreme and knee me!" I wanted to kill him. I knew then that he could easily intimidate me. He was definitely on my "stay away from" list.
