The next 2 days went by great. Every morning Terrell and I sat together at breakfast and just talked. We would go to our classes and as soon as school got out I would wait for him by our pole under the bus ramp. We would call each other, then the weekend would come and we would still be talking. It didn't bother neither one of us that we talked so much. Thats why we had such a strong bond. Monday came, we went to school, got home and as usual I called him. He didn't sound like his normal self. He sounded... sad.
"Bae? What's wrong? You sound upset."
"It's nothing." I knew it was something though because in the background I heard his mom yelling at him saying "Tell her or I will Terrell." I started getting worried.
"Bae.. Tell me. What is it?" What he said next made my whole world stop in it's tracks.
.........................................................
"What do you mean your moving? Where are you going?!"
"I'm moving back to Douglas...2 hours aways..." Terrell practically whispered into the phone.
"Baby, no. You can't just go. You can't leave me. This isn't like your 5 minutes away. We are talking about 2 hours Terrell! "
"I know bae."
"I'll call you back in like 5 minutes." I say as I hang up the phone and throw it onto the bed. He can't leave me. I can't go on without him. I love him too much. Here it comes. The waterworks. But these aren't just waterworks. These are tears that are meant for the loss of someone. These are tears of pain. These are tears of devastation...

"Yea. Sorry. I had to uh do something."
"Bae, are you crying?" Terrell asks.
"No." I say, my voice cracking.
"Breonna, it will be okay. Everything will be okay. We will work this out." Terrell comforts.
"Terrell. Do you understand the words 'I love you?' Do you understand how MUCH I love you? How are we going to make it?..." That is always me. Bringing out the negative in everything. Nothing good will come out of this though. I already know it...
